I have been here a few times already, each time I was able to get everything done like paying my insurance bill and getting my tags for my vehicle. I have been happy with this location and know that I can get what is needed done.
The service is OK, I would not be saying they are excellent but they get what is needed and you are back on your way to get the rest of your items done. The last time I was there the employees were more interested in seeing who was driving that evening for some drinks, but at least I did not have to fully wait for them to figure it out and I was on my way as soon as I could.

As a previous reviewer I have been couple times in this office and I also have a feeling that this is a waste of time; their agents do not know their own products at all! I asked the agent to explain me about the line «medical payments» since I was not sure if I needed it and she could not explain me what and which situations this part covers! I also asked an agent from this place to make adjustments in my declaration, she was doing something at the computer but adjustments has never happened. It looks like nobody explained them how to use their own computer system to make adjustments and changes or maybe they just do not care what they do and about us-​their clients. The last time I wanted to pay for my insurance but I could not because their cashiers were very busy… by blowing balloons. Do not trust the agents in this place; they are incompetent! Very poor management too!

I have been here twice and both times I’ve never been able to get anything done. DMV services were down both times. Disappointed again. I guess ill go to the real office during the week
