This place is great. They have wonderful service and it is a quick and easy process to get your phone repaired. I will recommend these guys to anyone looking to get their phone repair and done so properly.

My husband needed his cracked iPhone screen fixed and I called around to a couple of businesses to inquire about pricing. I found out that the price of fixing iPhones/​iPads is cheaper here than other place I’ve called. I was pleasantly surprised to find this out and decided to take his phone in. The guy up front was very nice and said it would take 1 – 2 hours. Since the store is in oakridge mall, I decided I would shop around for a little bit while the phone gets fixed.
Around 2 hours later I go back and sure enough the phone is fixed and ready to go. They warned me that the battery was a little off and that it might cause problems in the future. I found this odd because the phone was working perfectly beforehand but shrugged it off and decided to take the phone home. When I gave it to my husband that night, the phone repeatedly shut off on him. He was extremely upset since this was the first time the phone had shut off on him and told me to call the next day to let them know we were coming back.
I called the next day to let them know we would be back and they were very nice and said that it was ok.
Because we were leaving for Hawaii that week, they were very kind and gave him a loaner phone to use in the meantime since his phone wouldn’t have been ready by the time we left. When we got his phone when we came back though, it still shut off on him and the battery percentage shown on the phone fluctuated from 10% to 1% within a minute. It still happens to this day which is frustrating but my husband just deals with it.
The reason I am giving them two stars is because my sister in law took her iPad in to get the screen fixed and it comes back to her with the exact same problem-​the iPad shuts off on her repeatedly, clearly indicating a battery problem.
I can’t say that I know how the battery operates on the phone/​iPad but something definitely seems off since this is the second time I’ve witnessed the exact same problem.

I am rating based on customer service. If I rated based on price it would be 5 stars because it was very inexpensive to repair my iPad mini. I walked in late on a Sunday so I knew it wouldn’t be ready until next day. Next day I got a call that my repair would take longer because they had to order a part needed. The problem is they just said it would be ready as soon as part came in but they didn’t tell me how long. So a week later I had to call in myself to ask the status. A few days later I had to call again. They never followed up to at least let me know it would take 2 weeks. I had to call them to let me know how much longer. Had they kept me posted without me checking on it I would’ve appreciated it. Well I finally picked it up today (dropped off Sept 20) & they had a bunch of tape stuck on my iPad. Then the guy didn’t even clean it for me. It had fingerprints all over my screen. I’ll just pay more next time at Apple. The customer service here was awful. They could have at least put a screen protector on for free. Or damn just clean it. Never going back.

Got my iPhone 6 screen repaired, finished in less than the predicted 40min time and looks fantastic! Will be back with future repairs!

We had a cracked iPhone 5s screen and Nam was very nice and professional in explaining the repair process. Our phone was repaired in less than 15 minutes and at a very fair cost.
We are very happy with the customer service at AtoZ and would highly recommend their services.

After shopping here i am reqlly surprised they actually make sales with such a rude employee ! Didnt catch his name. I think he is Indian culture. not too sure. Overall sarcastic… rude. petty attitude sucks !

Horrible service !! Came in to drop off my iPad mini for repairs and they told me two hour wait, I said that’s fine and came back 2 and half hours later. They said oh sorry it’s going to be another two hours !!! WTF ! Wow great service they were bragging about !! No thanks I will not get my iPad done here good bye. If you come here expect a four hour wait or more ! Dnt let them lie to you about their two hour BS! They could have at least been honest about the wait !!!

I went to get my mom’s phone fixed and did not expect them to fix her phone since so many places said they couldn’t. To my surprise they said they could but it would take a while. They took around 3 hours and charged us $ 150. The screen was coming off so I told him and he said it was just because the glue hand’t set yet.
I had to go back the next day because the screen was still popping off and now the phone doesn’t work at all

While this store lacks substance and personality, with its wall to wall near blinding illuminated displays featuring hundreds of phone cases, you cannot deny the sheer volume of options offered to both customize and protect your phone. More on this later…
I went in to get a matte film screen protector on my phone ($ 10), which reduces glare on my screen to near zero and prevents a majority of smudges a normal screen is encumbered by during daily use, especially after devouring a bag of chips. I digress… The man-​boy behind the counter tried to up-​sell me to a tempered glass protector, to protect my phone screen from actually shattering should I be so careless as to drop it for just 3 times what the matte protector would cost ($ 29.99). I struggled a little bit, insisting I preferred the matte finish better, and he was quick to offer it for free on top of the tempered glass.
And here is where we reached 4 stars. I know these screen protectors are not worth nearly what the consumer is charged, but I appreciated this associate making the better choice for my phone more logical and appealing given the initial purpose of my visit. I got what I needed and what I wanted and saved $ 10 doing it. A to Z Mobile made sure that I got my cake and let me eat it too, which I find to be rare in retail.
HOWEVER, what follows is why I could not progress to 5 stars… I browsed through the phone cases while they put on my screen protector (s), and although I had no intention to buy, I noticed that I had seen many of these cases before. I’m an eBay enthusiast that often browses phone cases from overseas because they’re cheap. Every case –EVERY one– can be found on eBay (OR Amazon) for a fraction of the price, and by fraction I mean for at least half and often more. These cases are cheaply made, cheaply bought, and sold in places like this for an elevated price that consumers some how rationalize. Do not be surprised when the bejeweled cell phone case and wallet combo starts to rip or the lower rim of your silicone penguin face case tears in half.
If you see a case you like, take a picture of it and suffer through the week it will take it to arrive by mail for at least $ 10 less than what it retails for at A to Z mobile. Hell, buy in bulk because it’s going to still break because they’re made of cheap cancerous plastic and something like silicone or leather, but not quite. Trust me.
This place does good on the screen protectors though.

I came here to get my iPhone 5’s screen fixed 2 days ago (Dec 14) because it was cracked. They fixed the screen like new for 80 dollars, but the reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because when I played around with it to see if the buttons were functioning properly, my home button wasn’t working like it should so I had to go back and ask them to fix it. They did it kindly with no questions asked, but today I found out that my ear piece speaker isn’t working properly either, and even before they fixed my screen it was working.
Something they should take into consideration when fixing screens or anything else is making sure that everything is functional before giving it back to their customers because even though they fixed the first problem that I came for, it’s very inconvenient to have to find out yourself that something else isn’t working and constantly come back and forth.
I also hadn’t received a receipt, so if I go back in a couple days and ask them if they could look for any record of my visit (I do remember signing a store copy receipt) so I don’t have to pay for another mistake that they made, I’ll gladly change my rating back to a 4 or maybe 5 stars but if not, I’ll probably be really angry and change it down to a 1 lol.
UPDATE:
So I came in today (Dec 18) and told them about the situation, they had asked if I had a receipt and I had told them no but luckily the guy who was there before said he remembered me and told me it was okay. Which is great, I was a little surprised that he remembered me after 4 days because if it were me I’d have terrible memory lol. He told me that he usually does all the check ups for the functions and explained to me that it was a loose contact within the phone that had caused the problems cause it had worked during the check, and that he couldn’t check if the ear piece speakers worked because my phone was locked so that is entirely my fault. But they were willing to fix my phone again with no extra charges, so 5 stars for them! Great customer service when it came down to it in the end and they were friendly the entire time.

Shaz is my hero! He got me a great deal on a galaxy s5 and then stuck with me while I got my service set up. I hope he went home and finally got some rest because he is such a hard worker.

As a follow up. Asim did reach back to me and offer to correct the issues, including the button backlight leaking into the screen and the selfie camera lens being attached on the outside. He was able to make the repair the same day. So far its’ been 1.5 weeks and phone is functioning correctly as it should.
I am revising the overall experience to 3 stars. If it was done correctly the first time without any of the careless mistakes, it would’ve been a 4 star the first go around. But it is good that this shop does listen and try to correct the best they can.

Location: super convenient and located right in the middle of Oakridge Mall
Appearance/​Atmosphere: very clean and designed really well. I felt like I was in a magical tech-​land and wanted to stay in there forever.
Service: very very friendly! The staff was all young (maybe 30s) and thus, seemed to be familiar with everything and also seemed to know what they were talking about.
I came in and someone helped me right away. I explained to them what happened and that I dropped my phone and despite not cracking the screen at all, the screen still «fizzed out» and stopped working. They knew what to do right away and what the issue was.
Cost: a bit expensive but no more than I expected. It was $ 55 for them to replace the screen for an IPhone 4 and an extra $ 10 for them to replace it with a colored screen. (I got the metallic blue, and the it’s gorgeous! I’m in love with it)
Time: way quicker than expected! Only took them about 40 minutes to replace my screen.
