ALS was able to meet my last minute needs when I wanted to send my wife to a concert. Lisa was very professional and their prices were very reasonable and easy to understand. The car they provided was extremely nice as well. I strongly recommend ALS.

Used them twice. Once to go to SFO, and once to get picked up at SFO. Going was super smooth and they were easy to work with. Picked me up at my home and was on time and professional.
The pickup did not go well. I was returning from an extended business trip to east europe and the travel home took over 30 hours. I was dead on my feet when I came out from customs and saw all the limo drivers with the names on their pieces of paper I was looking forward to an easy ride home. My name was not on any of the papers. I then had to try and get my US cell phone working so I could figure out what to do. Of course there is no cell reception in SFO airport so I could only really get wifi going and check my email. I saw the email from them confirming I should have a ride. I got on ‘2G’ enough to call them finally after about 30 minutes of sitting there with my 3 big bags feeling quite abandoned. The lady that answered the phone pretty much gave me attitude right away, even calling me «sweetie» in a very unprofessional way. She said the driver would call me. He did and told me I would need to go outside and walk around until I found him as he just drove up to a curb and did not park and come inside to collect me as all the other limo drivers did. I said I will not walk around SFO as it is quite large with multiple levels and I would give him some time to come inside and get me. He declined and said they don’t do that. I said «up to you», and we hung up. I then walked outside and got into a taxi within 3 minutes.
I can’t recommend them as they are more of a drive by pickup service like if your friend came to the airport to get you, and not a full service «limo» company the way their website claims. No different than just getting a taxi.

What a great company to deal with. We just used them to get driven from Novato, CA to Levi Stadium, then back to Novato for a Kenny Chesney concert. They were so wonderful to deal with on the phone. I think I spoke to Lisa. We opted for the large SUV for 6 people. Sam was the driver and was wonderful. This was the first music concert at Levi Stadium and no one knew how they would handle parking, etc. Sam managed to drop us off right on front and even managed to keep his same space. He texted me during the concert to let me know exactly where he was.
It allowed us to enjoy the concert, partake in a few drinks, (actually many drinks) and not have to worry about driving home. Great service, highly recommend.

Great service for a ride from the south bay to SFO. Made my reservations online, email verification, they call a few days before to verify, driver arrived on time, limo clean with treats and water, nice driver and bam… perfect. Would use them again in an instant. Highly recommended.

I have to agree with other posters that ALS is hands down the best, the most courteous, the most caring, the most professional limo service I have ever come across and I’ve had hundreds of car service rides on 3 continents. Lisa and Sam are the best. Thank you Unilocal for helping me find them!

When I realized that I could hire a limo for about the same price as parking at SFO, I thought I would try it.
The reservation experience was excellent. Lisa was very helpful, even confirming our flight times.
Sam, out driver was totally professional, prompt, friendly and courteous, not to mention being an excellent driver.
The vehicles were very clean and quiet, and spacious enough for the three of us with lots of luggage.
Returning home, we waited less than 2 minutes at the curb.
My wife, daughter, and I really enjoyed the service.

Great prompt service. Lisa in the office is awesome! Great communication and very accommodating to any changes that had to be made. Sam was our driver to and from the airport. Was at each location before the scheduled pick up time and even texted me before we got off the plane. Highly recommend this company and would use them in the future.

ALS is the most on time and courteous limo service I have ever used. I stumbled on them from a referal about 6 years ago and I have never used anybody else. We just came back from Cancun and the flight came in early, they had monitored the flaght and was there right on time.
Bottom line: Great Price and Great service.

Me and my friends took a ride from San Jose to the Napa wineries. I had some recommendations about this limo service and a guy named Sam was my contact here. Later on I knew he was the owner and it made sense because he was very polite and gave us a very good price. He knew wine country very well and offered to take us to nice places so we could make the most out of our time.

I got a ride from this company, and the guy was right on time and he was very friendly. He was also very professional on finding the closest and fastest route, and the price was pretty good!

I was EXTREMELY satisfied with their service. We were family of 7 and hired them to shuttle us from San Ramon to OAK. I decided to book an SUV instead of the limo and we were comfortably seated and all our luggages fit.
The experience of their service from the reservation to the payment after services rendered was excellent. I will suggest bringing cash if you do not want them to write your card info. (Maybe they can have their drivers set up with the Square app.)
The black GMC SUV was pristine, and even had a new car smell. Our driver, Sam, was prompt (10 mins early) very professional and friendly. He was dressed crisply and even smelled squeaky clean and not like he bathed in cheap cologne. I suffer from migraines so I am so particular and notice these things. Hahaha.
We were not morning people so we kept conversation to a minimum ;) Sam kept his eyes on the road and drove us safely to the airport without distractions.
They are reasonably priced as I called and researched about 10 other limo services. Paid $ 99 plus 20% (several options for tipping available). It was the best deal as the price range for 7 people will not even get you a traditional shuttle ride (a.k.a. old, unkept, dirty shuttles). You can just imagine my family’s disappointment when we arrived at our destination and shuttled by the ‘traditional shuttle service’ to the hotel. The driver was friendly but the vehicle was no where in the league of ALS limo service.
I already recommended them to a coworker for their future shuttle needs. I have kept them on my phone for all future limo needs. I’m even thinking of booking them for a friends winery trip one of these days.
You can’t go wrong! Thank you Lisa and Sam for a very comfortable ride to the airport.

Sam and Lisa are awesome. I use them for my airport transfers from San Jose to SFO. They (usually Sam) are always waiting for me upon arrival, usually at 1 AM. They constantly check the flight status and will readjust if there are any delays. I can make reservations just before my flight without any issues. The cars are extremely nice and clean.
In a nutshell, they are exactly what you want. Dependable and easy.

Strongly recommend these guys.
Timely, professional, reasonably priced, and the drivers can handle a car properly without making the passengers nervous. Strange to say, but many of the other limo/​airport shuttle services in the Tri-​Valley area employ drivers who have difficulty meeting this (low) standard.
ALS Limo hasn’t disappointed yet.

We used ALS Limo on our wedding day at Stanford Memorial Church and used the limo as transportation to and from Sheraton and Stanford Church.

Excellent limo service. Everyone was efficient and courteous. The driver was just a few minutes early, which was wonderful. The limo was spotless. I used this service for airport drop off and pick up. it made the first leg of our trip so relaxing. I would recommend. Plus, the cost was the lowest that I found in the bay area. Definitely beat parking at SFO.

Have been using them for a while and their service is PERFECT. Their service is professional and friendly and best of all their prices are really reasonable compared to other companies. When I need a limo (VAN, stretched, etc) I just call these guys first and will always call them first.
To be honest there is nothing bad about them

Used ALS for my daughters prom night. The kids went as a group of friends and a limo really added to the experience. Not to mention the piece of mind I had knowing a professional driver was taking them safely into the city (SF) and back. The limo was really sharp looking. A brand new model. The young lady driver arrived on time and welcomed us to exam the vehicle. I hadn’t been in a limo since my prom. It was fully stocked with sodas and waters. Nice touch. These guys were going to the prom in style. And the cost was very reasonable. If i ever had a night out on the town with the wife, I would definitely spring for the limo services of ALS…
