The puppies here are not fully pure, well at least the one I’ve purchased here. They stated my Pomeranian was a purebred, but after further comparisons from an up to breed standard pom, she isn’t. At least shes either badly breed or mixed. This place is also not cheap. I’m not sure what the other reviews meant by the owners not caring for the price, but they were nitpicking about the price when they sold me the puppy. Actually, the owner wanted to over charge me, but her assistant changed her mind. So yes, they really care about money and making a profit. Also, I’ve learned this the hard way with purchasing from pet shops. Puppies here are overpriced and are not well breed. Most of the puppies seemed unhealthy and I honestly felt like they didn’t have much time left on their hands. I think its backyard breeding, but sadly I cannot return my puppy since I’ve grown an attachment towards her. I did feel scammed with the price though.

Why is this place open? If you suspect animal neglect then this needs to be reported. They should not have a license to sell dogs that are sick, not microchipped etc.
If they really cared about dogs then they would be trying to get homeless dogs adopted from local shelters.

I walked in, I found there is bad stong smell, it smell like there is more than 100 dogs inside the store. The glass cages which displace the puppies in the store are in a very poor sanitary conditions. There is more than 20 puppies in the front of the store, and the owners didn’t turn on the air-​conditioning at all !!!
All puppies are way overpriced, and look sick and very depress!!!
In fact, those puppies are not pretty enough to sale for a profit!!!
I have to mention, there is a room inside the store, which has no window, light and air-​conditioning are not turned on !!! I found out this, becasue one of the owner walked inside the room, and she walked out from this room right after a minutes.
As i just mentioned, the room inside is so dark, i barely can see inside. The room is small, too. I heard there is at least 80 dogs barking very very loud at the same time, and a very strong bad smell come right out from this room!!!
SINCE THE OWNERS TREAT THOSE PUPPIES SO POOR, IN RETURNS, THOSE PUPPIES ARE NOT HAPPY, DEPRESS, NOT ENERGETIC, MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY ARE NOT HEALTHY AT ALL!!!
Let’s imagine, who would spend that much of money to buy these overprice, depress and sick puppies to home???
This store is totally insane!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!

Talked to Eva at store. She is very knowledgeable. She gave me some nice tips about raising a puppy. Although the store is not big, it does have more choices if you are looking to a small to medium size dogs.

If you buy a dog from here please have it checked out!!! I bought a Pomeranian yesterday I was told he was 11months she claims she was giving me a good deal cause the dog was a bite older. I took the dog to the vet to have him checked out cause the pet shop seemed really dirty. well thank god I did cause the dog had something wrong with its hind legs that only surgery could fix. He only had one testicle and the dog was NOT 11months he was over two years old. I really felt bad for the dog cause it seemed as if he was abused because everytime I went to pet him he would put his body down as if I was gonna hit him that is only my assumptions but in the end I told the lady’s I would take them to court they said they didn’t want no problems they gave me my money I paid for the dog back and I gave the dog back. I really feel bad for those poor animals they are not being taking care of they way they should be

Called and talked to Eva on the phone to inquire a Maltese puppy. Eva was sensitive, compassionate, knowledgable, helpful, and efficient in my search. A lot of other expensive and nice looking pet shops lack warmth and caring staffs. Eva made my quest a very positive and personal one. I’ll recommend her to anyone who is seriously seeking for a life time companion pet.

Just walked in, and it looks like so horrible on how they over cram tons of cute puppies, and the barking was so loud I don’t know if the people there didn’t speak any English, or if they just couldn’t hear me. Someone should investigate them to make sure they are following all the rules. I just had to walk out.

Bought our puppy from them. Great service and very accommodating. Offered a free wash and discounts on accessories. This place emits odors typical of any pet shop so hold your breath prior to entering. It’s terrible to see slanderous reviews, probably left by competitors who can’t compete with their prices.

Bought my lil Seichi from this place. She was my rescue puppy. Price was cheap compared to other places. My dog was bigger than most of the Yorkies so she wasn’t selling. She’s been there for 6 months already before we got her. The owners gave her to us at a steal. Their reason? They would rather lose a profit just to see the dog going home with somebody. They do care about their dogs. We visited them again to get some more things for my dog and the owner came out and gave my dog a kiss. She even gave us a discount because she’s so happy that the puppy has a home now. Buying my next puppy from them again. Those people who are leaving ugly reviews. Be realistic it’s a pet store not a spa. Let these ladies do their business

I don’t usually write reviews but I think I need to for this nasty little pet shop. My friend recently went there for their grooming service and got friendly with the owner. The owner tried to sell her 2 yorkshire terrier puppies for $ 200 each that are «not pretty enough to sale for a profit», the puppies were sick, she said she won’t have time and will not spend extra money to treat the puppies, if she can sell them, she will, if not, she will just let the puppies die!!! what kind of sick people are you?! fortunately my friend was nice enough to buy one from her and spread the news around for someone to adopt the other puppy. The place is dirty and crowded, the store should be shut down, it’s no place for puppies to grow up in. If you want to get a dog, go to a shelter to adopt one. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

i dont know who is writing these nasty reviews, come on, do you even know what you are doing — just to ruin these nice folks??? what do you get out of trying to ruin their business??? are you all competitors or who are you to say such jibberish!!! how dare you!!! how are the cages overcrowded? there are maybe 3 in a bigger cage, or do you have to put 1 in each cage to satisfy you nasty critiques.

the prices of their puppies are cheaper than anywhere, cos they have breeders supply, i ve compared everywhere. if you are a real puppy buyer, you ll be pleased.
as to the grooming, i ve been to petco and paid $ 55 — 60 plus tip for awful ugly cut, i ve been to smaller stores and paid $ 45 for quite ugly cut, i come here to get my maltese groomed for just $ 30 and i ve been here grooming more than 10 times, my baby has never been hurt andi love the way shes cut not too short and round, so you zero stars claiming dog injuries is total b/​s or an exceptional once in a lifetiem case, my baby has NEVER been hurt quit fucking bullshitting and i ve been more than 10 times, the other stores have hurt my darling but not here, not even once
the owners actually care about their dogs, she told me once she did not sell to a little boy who was hitting the dog his parents were buying for him, so she is not some money grabbing dog abusers you folks are describing her as. They are elderly and i m not sure know how to use the computer, but i am enraged by your nasty reviews to these nice folks i HAVE TO say something and i never usually review anyone unless they are exceptionally good or bad.
oh yes if i were their competitor i d be jealous, and if i have nothing better to do as their competitor, i ll Unilocal utter fucking bullshit about this store here and give them zero stars

pretty cute dogs, quite a lot, there were like 20 for sale, and like 30 at the back… they also do grooming. but unfortunately i don’t think their own puppies are groomed very well. doesn’t seem like they get a lot of sales because most of the puppies looked like they were 5−6+ months! also they fit 2 – 3 puppies in a tiny little cage. i am from hong kong where all pets are bought from pet stores. and even hong kong pet store cages are bigger (and this is in the city where sq ft is one of the most expensive in the world!) but the dogs all looked pretty hyper and cramped. poor dogs. i don’t usually even feel that bad for dogs in pet stores because i grew up seeing them and was never educated about puppy mills until recently. but jeez POOR puppies. and not to mention these puppies are OVERPRICED!!! $ 1800 for a cute yorkie… but in this condition? i am much better off buying from a breeder. if you are gonna sell poor puppies like that, at least sell them for cheaper…

The owners seriously need to do a better job of keeping this place sanitary and comfortable for the animals in it. The cages were dirty and the store was unbelievably SMELLY and HOT. This was the only store in that entire plaza that didn’t have air conditioning. I can’t imagine what will happen come Summer. I am seriously very pissed off. They need to fucking fix this.

this place doesnt even deserve a star. poor puppies are all crammed up in a cage stepping all over their dropping… place smells the moment i walk in and some puppies are dirty and nappy fur. poor puppies this place should get shut down

This place should get no stars. Dog abusers! four to six puppies per cage with audible cries and Unilocal that can be heard in the adjacent herbal store, looks like over 100 dogs (or more) living in awful conditions in this small store, its shameful. For all the people who are rating this place, please also report this store to the San Gabriel Humane Society. This place should be shut down.

I feel bad for the dogs here. There are just too many dogs here per cage. Larger puppies get their own cage, but still hardly enough room. Prices are typical of most dog stores. Nice selection though.

I wouldn’t bring business to any places that sell dogs! The place should just stick with grooming dogs, not selling dogs for profits. People who like dogs and cat should think «Adoption» at the local humane society or animal rescue leagues; not buying from pet stores or grooming shop.

This place is recently opened. They have lots of dogs for sale here. The price is alright.
They also do pet grooming. For small pets they are $ 30 and buy 5 get 1 free. (The staff said the promotion will be going until all the business cards gone.)
Pet boarding is $ 15 /​day for the first week, then $ 13 next week and goes as low as $ 10 /​day.

Brought my dogs last week for a try since it’s near and I don’t have to bring them to Rowland Height that far. I liked how they were cut. But I’m never coming back here again. They left all kinds of wound on my dogs’ hand, leg, behind (basically everywhere that involve using the shaver). That’s really not professional. it’s been a week now and the little wounds here and there were not even healed yet.
Bad bad bad idea to bring your dogs there.
