Best pizza ever. I love thin crust, but not too thin– I love thick crust but not too thick and theirs is perfect, always. I prefer take– out. It’s a bit pricey but their ingredients always taste fresh so it’s worth it!

I have wanted to try this place for a really long time, but never had the chance until I went recently with my friend. They don’t have their own parking so you have to just find some street parking. We went on a Saturday night and there was a bit of a wait, the Hostess was very lively. We were in a bit time crunched, so we asked if we could order ahead of time so that it would be ready, when we were seated. The Hostess said«no» we were a bit surprised, because placed never had a problem with doing that before. After wait for about 5 minutes we were seated and tried to order right away. We got the Meat Ravioli and Lasagna. It didn’t take too long for our food to come out. Maybe about 10 –15 minutes. The Meat Ravioli was not memorable at all. It tasted just like it came out of a can. Plus the Lasagna was just decent too. The hostess highly recommended it, but it was not special at all. The server just took our order and dropped off our food, and we never saw him again. He never stopped by to check up on us to see how we were doing. Even when we were done and we saw him walking by he wouldn’t make eye contact with us so that we could ask for our check. When we finally got someone’s attention and asked for our check, he told us that we need to asked our server… I was speechless he couldn’t get our check fine, but at least offer to help us out. Maybe it was just an off night for them, but either way I will stick with my original Italian Restaurant Di Pilla.

I would have given 5 stars but the service was bad. The food is awesome and have always loved this place but the waitress was not good at all. Been coming here with my family for 30 years so I’m sad that we decided not to come back. The waitress basically was too lazy. She never checked on us and forgot our drinks and said when we are ready to order to put or menus at the end of the table… really lady! Why don’t you do your job and come check on your guests from time to time. I would understand if the place was packed(only had 2 tables to wait on). Our menus stayed on the edge longer than what our food took. I would not go back due to her service. I will stick to Mama Petrillos – food is also awesome and service is 100% better hands down.

Venerable pizza place… making pies since 1954… we eat the nostalgia… got the petrillos specialty pizza… whoa, pricey at $ 25.50…but it is one heavy hefty pizza loaded up with everything, carry it with 2 hands… u could bench press this weighty one… and it’s only a medium… the tomato sauce makes this pizza. Too bad the crust is tough and chewy and a wee bit burnt… alas. But the memory of past pizza, mmmmm. The lasagna was hearty and wellbuilt… also reheats great. Got it a la carte, and it came with a quarter wedge of bread and a small container of parm cheese and chili flakes. Parking always hard, limited street parking, I circled four times, about 2:30 pm on a wed, until I got a spot on Valley. Friendly counter service, always a plus. Pizza was ready as promised, 30 min, and ready to go when I arrived. Pro…the nostalgia… the amt of goodies on pizza… cold pizza in morning for several mornings. The lasagna is successful, satsifying, delicious… a reminder why this place has been around so long. Downside…pizza crust, price, parking.

Great lasagna good pizza alright wings Good service Decent pricing I have come here twice, once with my boyfriend and the second time for Mother’s Day with a big group the staff was kind enough to accommodate our group of 10. We order many thing from the menu; ravioli, pastas, lasagna, pizza and wings plates were big and portion were ok over good food
