Just make sure not to say yes to anything extra they try to sell you.

Like the other reviewers, I experienced a hard upsell too. I just had my huge 60K service at the dealer a few months back so I didn’t need ANY of the things they «recommended.» I doubt they really check anything before making their recommendations/​upsells.
They also didn’t bother to ask what kind of oil I preferred so I don’t even know what they put in but they stickered my car to come back in another 3000 miles. Synthetic should go at least 5000 miles! Still $ 35.99 for the service.
Even if it includes a basic car wash, go to a $ 19.99 oil change place and pay $ 13 for a decent car wash somewhere else.
I tried to bring this coupon here but he said they changed the prices (how convenient) and gave me $ 3 off. Had to remind him again about the coupon upon payment.

Great experience here getting an oil change and free car wash with the service. Martin was my technician and he was very helpful and courteous.

When did their customer service go to the toilet? Rude and always trying to up sell you. I when to change oil and they came out saying I need to sign a waiver if I wanted regular oil instead of the manufacturer recommend synthetic oil. I never said I wanted regular motor oil. That guy was a prick.
I’m never ever going back.

Got an oil change and a car wash. Oil change was fast and did inspection and for being a first time customer I got a discount. Car wash was fast and well done ! And great location. You can get some tacos while you wait !

It makes me so sad to write this. My dad, may he rest in peace, used to bring me with him here decades ago! First time in years that I have been coming on my own that someone has been rude to me. The attitude was enough, but then to be told I’ve never brought my car here so the price is higher? Ummmm my car has been here a ton. Today is the last time for sure. Thanks to them for ruining one the last spots that reminds me of my dad.

Recently bought a used car & it’s been stuttering. Brought it in for an oil change & Fernando suggested engine flush too. Now it’s running great with no stutter & way more power than before! Thanks Fernando!

I’ve been coming here for almost 2 yrs and I’ve had nothing but great service every single time. Martin is very honest and trust worthy which is hard to find in this industry. Sad to say mechanics see women as an opportunity to make money but I feel rest assured when I come here. Plus you get a free car wash with your oil change!

Mission Expresslube is a great place to come and get your oil changed and enjoy a meal at the local «Tia Gladys’s Restaurant» while you wait.
MARTIN is the go to guy here that will take care of you from beginning to finish and is punctual & diligent, explaining to you if your car is in need of further services such as a tire rotation, fuel injection service, or even transmission service. I felt good and was at ease that all was being taken care of at one location so no worries which is priceless to me!
After the work had been completed Martin provided me with an itemized list of the procedures that were done and prompted me to pay in which I provided him with my coupon (
) and he gladly accepted and in return gave me another coupon for a free car wash! Then to my astonishment, Martin directed a fellow employee to take my car to the car wash to have it cleaned and he assured me that all is being taken care of and to wait in the seating area.
Customer service this good is rare to find these days and I am all for good business ethics and that said I thank Martin and his crew for making my day as seamless and easy as possible, keep up the excellent work!

The guys here are professional and courteous. They do a great job and they’re quick! I have been coming here for years and I’m always pleased with their service. They always have recommendations on things your car needs, but are not super pushy and make you feel obligated to get those services.
They have a nice, but small indoor lounge. They have a TV & 2 computers available with Internet for you to use. They also have a few benches to sit outside and wait.
You also receive a FREE car wash with every Oil Change! Plus they send you emailed or reminder texts. Which is great when your busy and forget little things like oil changes.
Overal I am a VERY HAPPY Customer, and highly recommend Mission Express Lube.

Best oil change/​lube shop anywhere, located right behind the excellent Mission Car Wash at San Gabriel & Mission. Great staff; especially good, honest service from Fernando!
Beautiful little patio to wait in or you could get some great Mexican food at Tia Gladys, located on the same property.
