Honestly the food is pretty good. I enjoyed it. Curry and the black sugar wings are chill. Especially at 39cents a wing. Cheap and delicious. The black and white drink is the bomb. Love it. Reason for low rating??? Took 30 – 40 minutes for 15 wings. Are you kidding me. Any fry cook knows that even if the wings are frozen it takes up to 20 mins tops. So what are they doing back there? FYI place had two other patrons who already were done. It’s pretty bad. How can you enjoy the food when you are soo mad at the service. Would I come back. Maybe for the drink. Not for the wait.

I guess this place is closed? Welp, at least I got to try their devil wings once… That’s all I needed LOL They are sooo freakin hot Had the black sugar wings, different but tasty. Wasabi and seaweed were pretty damn good if you like sushi and chicken wings and are down for a combination of the two. Cumin wings were very unique but very delicious and the curry wings were the best tasting I thought. Dry, spicy rub. Last but not least, the DEVILWINGS!!! Made with a special Tzechuan pepper, These suckers were sooo hot, they made Buffalo Wild Wings Blazin look like chumps. This may be why they had to close down, too many people were going to the hospital due to spicy wing complications. Washed it all down with a rose milk tea and a black and white boba. Helped me kick the insatiable burn… too bad they closed down, I would be dumb enough to do it again

Nice little place to study. Chill environment with music and not too much loud noise. Pretty chill workers. Can’t go wrong with the chicken wings!!! Sherry the worker always gives to best recommendation for tea drinks. Plus free wifi! Not overly crowded like Starbucks definitely a plus! They don’t accept credit cards here so that is one downside.

Stupid name. REALLY stupid name. Now that I have that out I can focus on the review. We came here because they had a pay $ 5 for $ 10 off towards your bill and if you did a Unilocal check in you get a free upgrade to a large drink. The service here was good and they have free wifi for patrons but the waitress did not know how to subtract $ 10 from the bill and that was annoying. Although the free drink upgrade was supposed to be for one person the whole table got the deal which was nice of them. The wings were pretty big but they did have a few suspect looking wings which we didn’t want to eat. They literally looked like some animal chewed it first then it was served to us. Recommended: Wasabi Seaweed Black Sugar Decent: curry Not Recommended: Cumin: i generally love the smoky flavour of cumin but not here Numbing spicy: i don’t like mala spicy so I’m not a fan generally

Juicy Chicken Wings! They have a really good 39 cent wings deal everyday from 5:00 — 8:30PM. I’ve only gone there once and tried the deal and it was awesome!!! For some reason this deal makes you more hungry and you end ordering a lot of other food because our bill came out to a lot still afterwards. My favorite wings are the black sugar. The rest are good but the black sugar is the best!!! You can’t get enough of it. All the other foods are ok. The hot dog is really good too since they use sweet hawaiian bread. Love sweet hawaiian bread!!! Service is great and place is clean.

Went w/my Unilocal deal to try their wings. I got their lemon pepper wings(really sour and way too salty) and their fried tofu(pretty good). Their green tea boba was pretty decent too. I think I just happened to choose their worst flavor but the chicken itself was nice and crispy, which I liked. They have a super deal: $ 3.99 for 5 chicken wings, fries, and a plain green/black tea. Getting that next time!

This place is the place to go for cheap wings from 5−8pm! $ 0.39 wings, but you have a limit of 10 wings per person. Go with more people if you want to try different flavors, you only get to choose two flavors. This is cheaper than Buffalo Wild Wings, if you know any other cheaper wing place do let me know! ;) The four flavors I tried: Flaming mango, Wasabi seaweed, Lemon pepper and Numbing spicy. Flaming Mango– This is a new flavor not even on the menu! The staff suggested this after I was told that the Black Sugar flavor was out. So glad I tried this flavor, I like it which is weird since I usually hate fruit with meat(pineapple on pizza, yuck). The sweet-fruity flavor can also be at home in any of their teas, but it’s on chicken SURPRISE! The sweet/spicy combo makes me think of a Thai sweet chili sauce. Wasabi Seaweed– Delicious Wasabi flavor without the sinus stimulating snot fest! The Wasabi flavor was very prominent and the thin sauce had a creamy texture. Delightful to eat since there was zero pain. Numbing Spicy– The numbing aspect is what makes Schezwan’s pepper so distinct. This flavor was manageable to me in level of hot, but the numbing aspect was quite exhilarating an almost physical sensation of ticked taste buds. Nice, but I can’t imagine eating a full order of 10 wings with this flavor. Try at your own risk, or take no risk and make someone else order it and pilfer a wing off their order! =p Lemon Pepper– This was the most disappointing flavor, it was more like Lemon Salt flavor than Lemon Pepper. The wings were encrusted in salt and this dry lemon/citric powder, that was reminiscent of Limon 7. For those not familiar Limon 7 is this lime and salt power that comes in small green packets, that Mexican Ice Cream trucks sell as candy. If they are going to flavor their wings this way, they should go for a Lucus flavored wing! XD $ 3.99 Beef Noodle– Smaller portion, but awesome price! The beef chunks were tender, the noodles had the right bounce and there were even some greens thrown in there for balance. What a deal, just order this with some wings and you’d be full for less than $ 10! Green Tea– My green tea had a bunch of tea flavor, but seemed slightly bitter(from over steeping?) oh wells! No biggie, you come for the wings anyways… the drinks were buy one get one free and with a check in on Unilocal,I got a free upgrade from regular size to large, so still not bad. I love Asian wing places, because they don’t drench the wings in sauce and tend to cook it with a crispier dry skin. Ching Chang Wing Wang also has a $ 3.99 deal where you get a drink, fries and 5 wings. If I’m looking for light meal I will keep this place in mind. =)

The food is FOURSTARS. The service is … 2??? A lot of Unilocalers complain about the crispiness of the wings. I am happy to report that it is very crispy!!! =) We ordered their $ 3.99 combo which included fries, drink *free upgrade with check in*, and 5 wings. The black sugar one tasted yummy with the savory chicken. Taste was good, but hubs found some broken bones in their chicken … no quality control there and so you have to be careful when eating. Would never happen at Buffalo Wild Wings. We also got a bowl of beef noodle soup to share. It was actually VERYGOOD!!! Not at all oily with tender and plentiful beef. The noodles were done perfectly and the veggies were fresh. Very impressed. Good job! So the thing about service. they don’t really man their counter so I can see how if you walked in you’d think the place was closed as no one is eager to help with your order until you initiate it.

Awesome, happy hour from 5−8pm for 39 cent a wing. I ordered a 10 piece and was allowed to pick up to 5 flavors. I got the original, curry, parmesan, lemon pepper, and a sweet brown sauce. Wings were crispy and not drenched in sauce. After having these, I realized I like wings with more sauce. However, the taste was not bad at all. The price definitely makes me want to come back to try the other flavors.

I came for dinner with a group of friends… we came for the happy hour $ 0.39 a wings We got like everything they could offer… We got : Org. wing: it is the asian pepper wings… I thought it was buffalo Lemon pepper wing: good… you could taste the LEMON and pepper black sugar wing: good. but taste like soy sauce and honey Tempura: is the tempura strips you get at like Tapex Spicy fries: it was ok… but nothing compare to boiling crab popcorn chicken and rice: the chicken is pretty good $ 3.99 if you get a drink beef stew: 2 stars do not get they I like the drinks here… but I do not think they use fresh fruits in the papaya milk… i like the fact you could ask for less sugar in the tea i will be back for the drinks and maybe the wings during happy hour. downside on wings is that they are a bit under done.

Does anyone else think their business name sounds racist? Lol. Like the stereotypical«sh*t people say to Asians» Their drinks is ok, not great, and I’ve had their niu ro mien(beef noodle), and it was less than appetizing.

Decided to check out this place because Michael W. purchased a Unilocal deal and the name of this place just sounded funny. We tried the following: Numbing spicy wings(2 stars) — not numbing at all. It was just mildly spicy and the flavor was kind of weird. Canjun spicy wings(2.5 stars) — better than the numbing spicy but still not that great. Parmesan wings(3 stars) — This one had the best flavor out of all the wings but still lacks the crispy texture. All of their wings were a bit soggy. Michael W. thought it was kind of funny how this was the best flavor at an Asian restaurant. Reglar fries and wasabi seasoned fries(3 stars) — They were ok. Just tasted like average fries with different seasoning. Taiwanese pork stew rice(3.5 stars) — I actually liked this better than their wings. For a place that’s suppose to specialize in wings I didn’t think they were that great. I may come back here to try their other dishes but definitely wouldn’t come back for the wings.

Ching Chang Wing Wang offers a variety of flavored chicken wings. The flavors range from spicy to nonspicy, and from sweet to salty. I posted pictures of the flavors we tried. I also ordered the Black and White based on positive reviews. It seemed to be the signature drink at CCWW. Although it looked very special and interesting from the pictures, the drink(milk drink with grass jelly and boba) turned out to be nothing too special to come back for. CCWW offers a 39 cent wing deal during happy hour(5−8PM). Although it was a nice experience to try something new, I don’t think it’s worth driving out for. After the visit, I also got the vibe that its a place for high school students to hangout after school(i.e a place to waste time, play cards, hang out, pretend to be doing homework, etc). Note: You cannot use a Unilocal deal or Groupon deal during happy hour.

It’s a small place, but very comfortable to bring your close friends and family, and is also very good for play cards:) i’m highly recommend this place for everyone.

hmmm… i would say it’s better than 3-star but lower than 4-star since i’m not a fan: p well, considering the price from happy hour, I comprised on 4 star. We ordered 5 flavors and i would say, the wings are good… but not that special. I like wasabi best, then the devil spicy is like… really spicy. I’m really ok with the spice normally, but this is spicy… :p The rest flavors are good too. Just the rice wine, is too salty. Normally the source of rice wine is really salty itself, so it feels they dipped the wings for too long, it’s omg salty. We also ordered tofu. I would say it’s way too deep fried, and making the paper wrap dipped in oil. The source goes with is good. But. there are much much onion in it, and wasabi. So we loved it at first, since wasabi covered other ingredients. But later on our way, only the onion smell left and it’s not good if you have other events after dinner. :p With regards to the store itself, yeah i didn’t expect it’s a tea house style. But it’s fine. And during happy hour, we are like the 2 people among 3 in the store at Friday night, that surprised me a bit too. One more note, the wings are really cheap. :p

So after seeing Unilocal reviews about this place, I decided to check it out. I was expecting a lot out of a place that has an overall rating of 4.5 stars. However, I feel that this place is really not that good. This place is like a tea house/fast food sort of place. You order and they bring you your food. I had the 10 wing combo, which lets you choose two flavors. I chose the WASABIWINGS and the BLACKSUGARWINGS. There seriously is nothing special about the wings. The wasabi wings were just deep fried and then sprinkled with wasabi powder. The black sugar wings were deep fried and then drizzled with melted black sugar. The wings were not marinated before being fried, and there was nothing special with the batter. I feel like any one can make these wings. Also, some of the wings were over-cooked, so they were dry inside. I also ordered a BEEFNOODLE. This was seriously no good. The soup was oily but the flavor was not there. You can taste that they used MSG instead of really stewing the beef to get the flavors our. There are definitely better beef noodle places out there. My dad tried the STEWEDPORKRICE. This is like the taiwanese style rice dish. However, the stewed pork was so oily and all the pork pieces were mostly fat. There were barely any actual pieces of meat. If you like eating rice covered in pork fat, I guess you would like this dish. So they were having a special where you get a drink for only $ 1.50 when you order one of their entrees(ex: beef noodle, stewed pork rice). The guy recommended the BLACKANDWHITE. It is basically like the ice milk drink at half and half, but instead of boba and pudding, they give you boba and grass jelly. After having this drink, I am starting to realize why half and half always has such a long line. The black and white drink here was sooooo sweet and the boba was not chewy and delicious like half and half’s. My dad tried the PAPAYAMILKSMOOTHIE. You can barely taste the papaya flavor in the drink. This was not good. Overall, I don’t think I’ll be coming back here, even if it was for 39 cents a wing during their happy hour. Just a reminder, there are conditions to the 39 cents per wing for happy hour. Just read the small print on the poster! Parking: Super tiny parking lot in the back. There is also free street parking.

CHINGCHANGWINGWANG! so fun to say! and so funny! Came here looking for Tea Spots, but found out that it was changed to this new tea house! Decided to try it anyways because of the raved reviews and great ratings! Ordered the Chicken Wing Rice(Cumin Flavor), Shake Shake Fries(Curry Flavor), and a rose milk tea. Everything was super delicious! I‘m such a huge fan now! The Chicken Wings rice came with 5 wings, rice, 3 bok chois, and some corn on the side. The cumin flavor was spread perfectly on the chicken. This plate is only $ 3.99 when you order a drink! The shake shake fries was plenty for just $ 2. Yum! I‘ve never had curry flavored fries like this before! Rose Milk tea was really yummy! They make it with real rose peddles! I kind of wished that I had gotten the large. :(But the one thing I didnt really like about this drink was that at the bottom of the drink, there was small pieces of the rose peddles still in the drink. I wished that they had filtered the rose out more. But it was delicious nonetheless, the small pieces of rose peddles didn‘t bother me much. They have all sorts of combo deals here! Next time I‘ll prob get the Wings + fries combo for $ 3.99, or try going in during Happy Hr from 5pm-8pm for their 39 cent wings! Such a fan now that I even purchased the Unilocal deal! whoo hoo! Parking here sucks because it‘s in SG, but I always manage to find at least 1 parking spot. I wish this place had more seating :(

TRYTHEIRBLACKANDWHITE drink ! it was recommended by one of the employees, and it did not fail to please me(: ITSSOGOOD!(: I love the texture of the boba and the black jelly, it mixed pretty well. And the boba is not hard like a rock or super chewy either. The brown sugary, i guess, or the sweet syrup thinggy they put in there gave the drink a hint of sweetness, so it was not OVER powering. So good for those with or without a sweet tooth. It’s enough to keep me wanting more(: This place was pretttyy empty when my friends and I arrived, given that it’s still new. which is good because we actually got studying donee, which RARELY happens when we go to tea places. Let’s study! 3hrs later… nothing gets done, FAIL. prices are pretty cheap, like 2.50 for the milk teas. compared to other places. ITSCHEAP ! only 4 stars because I havnt tried anything else, and supposedly the wings are good too! I have yet to try it, and is looking forward to it!
