This business is a joke, what service those people talking about that is great, if the business do not answer their phone what do you aspect their product. I have use them once and never again as this business is down down the drain.

Ordered Direct TV from these guys in 2009, still have the receipt. I paid them $ 99 dollars for each Receiver that they gave us.
Its 2012 now, I decided to cancel my Direct TV, when I did it DirectTV told me that i have to return all the receivers because they’re on lease and that they were never purchased and that there was no record of it.
Did Alpha scam us? I’m not sure, but Direct TV is doing an investigation.

I had a great experience ordering Dish Network service and installation through this company. Dish had been unable to help me (claiming they couldn’t install a dish higher than on a second floor due to safety reasons) and they referred me to Alpha.
I started off speaking with Moe over the phone who was helpful and informative. It felt like he took the time to answer my questions and gave me honest answers about which services/​packages would suit my needs best.
After signing me up, we scheduled an installation for noon the next day! I thought that was quite fast and the installation guy, Rudy, arrived five minutes early. He was thorough and even took the time to move the dish, without any hesitation, after I changed my mind about where I wanted it after he had it all set up. He did not make me feel like a pain in the rear at all, even though I am certain that I was one.
Finally, I spoke with David on the phone when I called to ask a few questions about programming the box for HD signal. He knew his stuff and took 10 minutes to answer my questions.
All in all I was impressed with the level of service I received especially because I wasn’t going to be paying them anything directly because installation came free with the Dish Network deal. I would recommend them to anyone.
