With respect to Watson and Lanctot the firm, the offices are very nice, the young gentleman working the office front desk was cheerful and polite and always asked if we would like something to drink. The onsite notary was a charming young lady, no complaints there. I would note that when scheduling meetings — it might be a good idea to have water and glasses ALREADY in the conference room instead of having the $ 380 an hour attorney wasting a client’s time and money by getting them himself.
The building security is cumbersome — particularly if there are many people waiting to get in (High rise, name tags with call up verification, overworked and presumably underpaid stressed out security people. I actually witnessed a bike messenger throw something at one of the poor guards and state that he «…don’t have time for this $hit» as he stormed out. There are apparently 2 embassies or consulates or missions in the building, hence the heightened security)
