1 bedroom condo: $ 2,000 full

3 bedroom house: $ 3,000 light, $ 5,000 full

Move in and move out fee: $ 400 each way (SF only)

Additional fee based on rooms, square footage.

Staging fee is due the first of each month and is pro-​rata.

Pricing for staging consultation:$ ²⁰⁰⁄₁^st hour, $ ¹⁵⁰⁄₂^nd hour
