I am a computer tutor who focuses on beginning computer users. I don’t just explain computers and the internet, I empower clients to explore and find solutions.

Many of my beginning clients have had friends or family set up a computer for them, but they are lost when it comes to using email or the internet. New computer users need personalized support to get started, and I am pleased to offer that as well as training so they can find their own answers in the future.

I also work with more experienced computer users who want to understand their devices better, solve small problems, and become proficient in applications like Word or Pages. If you are using Yelp! already then you are certainly at the level of these intermediate students. I am happy to work with you to expand your computer knowledge. However, if a friend or family member often comes to you with basic tech support questions, you could refer them to me in the future.

New and beginning computer users are my focus because in addition to my level of technical expertise I am patient and a good listener (I hear from my clients that this kind of understanding is in short supply). I also have the skills to help more intermediate computer users, and anyone who uses Yelp! counts as intermediate to advanced from my perspective.
