University of the Pacific Hearing and Balance Center offers cutting-edge audiology and hearing loss services with treatment solutions ranging from hearing aids and hearing tests to aural rehabilitation and VNG testing. Audiologists at the Hearing and Balance Center provide treatment for patients experiencing imbalance, dizziness, vertigo, tinnitus, hearing loss and central auditory processing disorders.

Manager
Kristin R. Hallstrom, Au.D. is the Clinical Director of Audiology. Dr. Hallstrom has over 10 years of diverse experience in both clinical and rehabilitative audiology. She specializes in diagnostic hearing evaluations, newborn and infant hearing assessments using Auditory brainstem response (ABR) test measures, the management of hearing loss for both pediatric and adult patients, as well as vestibular assessment.
Dr. Hallstrom received her Masters degree from The Ohio State University and her Doctorate of Audiology through Salus University, George S. Osborne College of Audiology. She is a California licensed dispensing audiologist and is currently a member of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) as well as the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA).
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Hallstrom enjoys spending time with her family, golfing, skiing, and following Ohio State football.
