Sometimes we might concentrate so much on our spiritual lives that we overlook the wonders of being present in our physical form. One of the most powerful ways to do this is through human touch, for a loving, comforting touch allows us to access the part of ourselves that yearns for a sense of oneness with the world around us. Even simple forms of touch connect us not just to our bodies but also to the energetic presence of other people. Touch and stroking of muscles and soft tissue to achieve relaxation and to improve the client’s well-​being. The primary function of my massage is to promote relaxation. My «Bodywork» is a collection of techniques for restoring health and balance to the entire person by working through the body. With specific knowledge of kinesiology and using techniques such as Tui Na, Thai, Swedish, Deep Tissue individually or in combinations we can achieve these goals.

As a Graduate with honors from the National Holistic Institute School of Massage I am the Owner and Founder. I specialize in complete bodywork massage designed specifically for each individual based on their physical needs. Touch and Trust is a very personal sensitivity that I strive to master for each client.
