Bar none, UCS is the best car service in the Bay Area (and quite possibly Nationwide). My company has been using them for many years and not once have I received any complaints. UCS is always prompt, professional and very reliable. They send updates constantly so that you are kept apprised of the location of the drivers. The drivers are also friendly and professional. The sedans and SUVs are clean — this is a must when you are transporting Company Executives. I’m a loyal fan and will not use another car service. I highly recommend UCS for your transportation needs.

Great service. They send emails the day before to let you know who your limo driver is going to be. When the driver is dispatched, you receive text messages to let you know that they are on their way, that the have picked up the passenger and when they are dropped off at their location. I have always had great service in dealing with ICS Limousine and Car Service for all of my VP’s needs.

Great company and excellent customer service. I’ve been using UCS for over 7 years. On several occasions my manager has ended his meetings early (15 minutes) and I’ve called for an early pick-​up only to find out the driver is already waiting. This makes my manager very happy and it makes me look super efficient. I’ve used UCS in the Bay Area, Los Angeles and Sao Paulo, Brazil. We have used UCS for years to get us to and from the airport, having gotten to them through a referral from a friend, and have never been disappointed. They offer excellent customer service, and always arrive early (which as someone who doesn’t like to be rushed can be stressful, but they’re always gracious in waiting). We usually have them bring car seats for our kids, which is exceptionally convenient. One time we arrived at the airport with an extra bag that was not intended for our trip and they kept it and brought it back with them when they picked us up. No taxi would have done that!
