Established in 1988.

The Business started as a one car operation back in 1988. We have grown to over 60 vehicles & rated the 31st largest limousine operator in the nation. We are a 24 hour full service ground transportation provider with a large selection of Lincoln Town Car sedans, stretch limousines, stretch SUV limousines, mini-​buses, limo buses & full size tour buses.

First class service all around; from the very first phone call I made to them to the final farewell from the driver as he dropped us off at home. We booked El Paseo for airport transportation to and from SFO. I gave the number of travelers, estimated pieces of luggage, flight info, and they took care of everything else. We made it to the airport with plenty of time and they met us exactly where they said they would meet us upon our return. Fantastic experience!

I used El Paseo Limo and received exceptional service by our driver Sonny. Sonny arrived on time to pick us up and we reached our destination on time as well, even with traffic. Beyond logistics, Sonny was very courteous and went out of his way to by taking me to a restaurant to pick up a meal as I would not have transportation after he left. I enjoyed meeting Sonny and would use the service again.

It’s funny that I’m doing this review while sitting here waiting for my flight again. I travel so much I hate it! A little while back VMware booked El Paseo to drop me off at SFO. My driver Jaswant was very friendly. He didn’t take the route I usually take to the airport in traffic but his route got us there 10 – 15 minutes quicker than I would’ve got there. Yay! Now only if my company would book me a Tesla :)

You have got to be nuts to use this company when there are so many competitors out there who are vastly superior. El Paseo Limousine is unprofessional in almost every way (from customer service to scheduling to billing and so on and so forth). Just check the other reviews below. So many one stars, it’s astounding.

I had a great experience with El Paseo. We booked them for a one way trip from the peninsula to SF for a group of 25 people. Booking was easy and their rates were competitive. Our driver arrived on time, knew where we were going, and the bus they provided was in great shape. Very happy with their services and I’ll be using them again!

My mom used this company all the time and recommended them to me when she refused me a ride to the airport at 4:00 am. When I called to make the appointment, the girl was very friendly, and sent me my confirmation email with a quote immediately. They required a card to hold the reservation and the trip was worth the cost. The quote included the gratuity into the cost. The company called a day in advance and sent a reminder email to confirm my travel arrangements.
The guy arrived 15 minutes early to pick me up, which is definitely something you would rather have when you’re depending on someone else for a ride. The car was very clean inside and out with a water bottle available in the cup holder and the driver was dressed very professionally. He was very nice but didn’t talk much on the drive, but it was 4:00 in the morning and I was rather tired so I didn’t mind. Paid with my card directly to the driver, he unloaded my bags, and wished me a safe trip.
Very lovely experience and I definitely recommend this company and plan to use them in the future.

We just rented a 6 passenger limo from El Paso for 6 hours. Everything went perfect. The driver «Zandro» was very professional and on time and drove excellent. I hired a 6-​passenger limo to take my wife, daughter and 2 friends to San Francisco for some shopping and sightseeing on their birthday. It was a perfect day for them. All I expect from a limo is to show-​up on time, bring modern and clean equipment and a courteous and friendly driver. All categories were topnotch. Ask if their Senior Chauffeur Eddie B is available to drive. Thanks Eddie for taking such great care of my wife and daughter.

I’m in an executive van on my way home to San Jose from a Giants game with 10 senior managers from my department. Everything was perfect with El Paseo Limousine; I would not hesitate to use them again.
Set it all up via phone/​email with Donna, she made everything so easy. Our driver was Eddie, and he was on time and patient. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional.
Bonus: Eddie had a cooler stocked with ice and some soft drinks for us, which was an unexpected treat.

Honestly don’t know how this company is still in business. I’ve used them on several occasions and I can count on one hand the number of times they’ve gotten it right. They have NEVER been able to pick me up at the airport correctly. Never!
If my company didn’t require us to use them I would have stopped using them a long time ago. Tomorrow the email goes to our travel department.

The limo was supposed to pick my guests up at 9am. Instead he turned up at 9:30am saying he thought the pickup was for 9:30am.
Then he checked his schedule and said“oh no” it was 9am.
Even worse he didn’t even hurry to load in all the baggage. My guests were doing that themselves. First and last time I ever use this company.

It has been a wonderful and a pleasant experience for me so far. I have recently started using their service on the cupertino route. Its been almost a month since I have started using their service from my work to Great America AMTRAK/​ACE station and back too. The driver of the shuttle is very professional and always greets the passengers with a pleasant smile. The shuttle has always been on time for the pick-​ups and drop-​offs. I would definitely recommend others to use this service.

DO NOT USE EL PASEO
I have been riding their shuttle service for nearly two years, from the train station at Great America to my final destination, since they took over this route from Serendipity.
They DO NOT CARE about their regular passengers. Each time we have a new driver, which is frequent, the new driver is improperly trained and the owner doesen’t care. Today we missed the train by 4 minutes. We would have made it if the owner hadn’t insisted the driver wait for 5 min at my stop, even tho we were already 30 min late. She didn’t even know how to open and close the shuttle doors. I had to tell her twice. And why was she 30 min late? Because she was lost. It was her first full day and was already expected to know the route.
James Brown just doesn’t care if people who commute long distances of 75 – 100 miles from home for work on the train are late getting home, picking their kids, caring for elderly parents.
And when I asked that the driver to start driving, he threatened to have me thrown off the shuttle.
This is just one story. There are many from shuttle passengers who get skipped, or missed because of poorly trained drivers.

Rude, rude, rude and they give conflicting price quotes. If you mention «wedding», the rates are different. I was told a 3-​hour minimum would apply to my wedding on Sat., but then I was told there would be a 5-​hour minimum.
The online «customer service» is slow and bad.
When you call, it prompts you to a bunch of people and it’s impossible to get where you wanna go fast! Annoying.

Wow. Just wow! What a great experience!
After the debacle of the $ 150 cab ride from SFO to San Jose — I looked elsewhere for transportation — this time from the hotel back to the airport.
Our work lined up El Paseo — I called and made a reservation — charge was $ 98.
I scheduled the service for 9:00 am — I went down to the lobby of the hotel at 8:30 am and lo and behold — they were already there waiting for me! Ernest was the name of my driver — a really polite, professional and all around nice guy.
After putting my stuff in the trunk — Ernest pulled a bottle of cold water out of a cooler in the trunk and handed it to me. He advised me there was free Wifi internet access in the car.
Ernest was a super nice guy — he is Filipino — we talked most of the ride about the Philippines, Filipino food, ethnic foods, spicy foods, hot peppers, and more. Ernest is one of these guys who has a super positive and uplifting attitude about the world — about life. It was very refreshing. It was one of those fun conversations you have with someone in your travels that was fun and memorable.
I believe the gratuity was included in the $ 98 — but I tipped Ernest $ 20 — the best airport ride I’ve ever had!!!
