We offer a variety of temporary, temp-​to-​hire, direct hire and executive search staffing and outplacement services. Our specialties are in administrative, management, banking, accounting and financial services.

History

Established in 1982.

When TSS was founded, there was no such thing as email. Our state of the art computer was a memory typewriter. Cellular phones weighed about a pound and didn’t have voice mail. Business relationships were based on a hand shake. We walked resumes over to clients to discuss their qualifications. Phone calls were returned, and secretaries got to know you. A Personnel Agency could truly be personal.

Twenty-​eight years later TSS hasn’t lost that personal touch. We still meet face-​to-​face with our clients and candidates. We don’t have voice mail; we use a live answering service. We take time to listen so that we can match the right people to the opportunities that arise.

Over the years, TSS has placed thousands of candidates in their dream jobs and assisted hundreds of Bay Area companies in finding the quality employees they needed to grow. A lot has changed, but providing the best possible service has been our constant, and building lasting relationships is what keeps us thriving.

With my expertise and determination in recruitment, I have successfully grown the agency to have a niche in the Executive Search market, focusing on Banking and Brokerage placement.
