History
Established in 1981.
Michael C. Hall established his estate planning and real estate law firm in 1981 after graduating from the University of California Hastings College of the Law. Mr. Hall was a member of the national honor society for Social Sciences and the Public Interest Honors Program at Hastings. He is active with the California State Bar Association, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and a member of the real estate section and landlord-tenant law committee of the State Bar. Mr. Hall has instructed other lawyers and real estate professionals at professional continuing education seminars, has appeared as a guest panelist on KGO talk radio, and has published numerous articles on current landlord-tenant issues in various trade magazines including the San Francisco Apartment Owners Association Magazine and San Francisco Small Property Owner’s Association. He has also served as a judge pro tem of the San Francisco Superior Court, and as a mediator for the Early Settlement Program of Bar

Firm principal Michael C. Hall is a native of Southern California. He attained a Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from California State Polytechnic University in 1976. He attended the University of California Hastings College of the Law from 1977 through 1980, where he attained his Juris Doctor degree.
He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1981. Mr. Hall was admitted to Pi Gamma Mu, the national honorary society for scholars of the social sciences. He was also a member of the Public Interest Honors program at Hastings College of the Law. Throughout his career, Mr. Hall has engaged in many public interest activities, including serving as a community advisor to the San Francisco Department of Public Health.
Mr. Hall is currently a member of the Real Estate section of the State Bar of California, and of its committee on landlord-tenant law.
