My insurance company selected this place for me to get my repairs and I couldn’t be happier! My car looks as good as new and the customer service was fabulous. There was no waiting when I was there and they fixed my car in just a few days.

They fixed my car after a major rear ended collision, I thought it would be impossible to leave the car like nothing happened, people so friendly and the staff so professional, I’m driving my car and nobody could said has been repaired.

Who ruins a brand new car by themselves? Moi! *sigh* I did not see that pole, I swear! After calling my insurance provider, my rep offered a list of recommended body shops in my area. I called Tony’s and asked if I could stop in to get an estimate on a repair. I’d backed into a pole and dented the rear driver side of my car. The bumper needed replacing as well as the rear lights.
Although I was 5 minutes away, Ed greeted me as if I had made an appointment days in advance. He and owner Tony provide the most polite service I have encountered in a male dominated environment. Most mechanics, or body shop owners are brute, grumpy and not polite. These two changed my perception. They’ve been in the business for over 25 years, so I trust they know what they’re doing.
Tony and Ed maintain a clean, organized, efficiently run shop, equipped with every tool and hydraulic works required to return your car to brand new condition. There is even an enclosed commercial paint space.
After I delivered my car for repair, I was given a time frame of when I could expect my car to be finished. They were men of their word and my car was ready as promised. My car was literally off-​the-​lot fresh! There was no sign of my idiot maneuver.
The entire process could not have been more seamless from start to finish. There was even a Unilocal check-​in offer I took advantage of when I made payment. Local, family owned and operated, expert service. Why would not you bring your car here!

Tony’s Collision Center did a SUPERB job — they not only saved my original fender, took the dent out of it, repainted it, blended it with the door, put on new pin striping, — they ALSO polished and DETAILED my ENTIRE car. (even vacuumed the interior and polished all the windows.) It shines!
Between the detailing and fixing several other things besides the fender, they did work that would have cost several hundred dollars to have done separately. On top of that, they came in UNDER the estimate. It’s a father & son shop. Ed & Tony are both genuinely friendly and very reassuring. They patiently answered all my questions and kept in contact about the repair process. They do the kind of craftsmanship that used to be done many years ago. And their shop is immaculate.
I couldn’t have asked for better workmanship. Color my car restored. Color me TOTALLY PLEASED!

Had my rear bumper replaced at Tony’s and couldn’t be happier with the service. They communicated extremely well, were easy to deal with, and got the job done in 2 days, even after needing to order an additional part. I will definitely be going back to Tony’s anytime I need work done!

It’s been a long time since I asked Tony’s CC to work on my Lexus IS250 but I want to give them a shout out for ALWAYS taking the time to do an awesome job. Ed is courteous and professional and great to work with. I’ve been there so many times over the past 10 years I’ve decided to use them even though the location is not convenient for me. One time, upon noticing a paint coverage problem on my bumper (more than a year old), they resprayed and corrected the problem, no charge! Although they may take a little extra time to get the car finished, I don’t mind. They are consistent and have high standards.

Recently moved to SF from NYC and this is our second time that we have brought in our BMW for body repair from someone hitting our car while parked. The service is outstanding! Ed and Tony our so accommodating they really care about their clients and want you to be happy with the end result. We have never had this kind of care from any auto repair center! We love you guys! I was rear ended recently. Tony’s was one of the pre-​approved shops from AAA, the other parties insurance provider. I liked that they have a machine to check the frame, a new paint booth, and good reviews.
Ed was great to work with. He explained everything and kept me updated on the progress.
I picked up my car today and it looks great. They got it back to what is should be; paying attention to all the external details as well as the exhaust system.
Really a great shop.

i had a major leak issue in my car. rain water, not from me taking leaks in the car. i tried the BMW dealership. they couldn’t find the issue. Metric Auto Shop referred me to Tony’s Collision Center. i worked with Ed, and he was very thorough and nice. i was really impressed with how Ed went out of his way to try to find the problem, and how he explained what they were doing along the way. apparently his father opened this shop in the early 1970’s. i feel like these guys are totally stand-​up guys, and would not hesitate in sending anyone to this shop!
also, they have a discount at a nearby (about 1.5 blocks) Hertz Rental which is very convenient if you need to leave your car for a longer time.

Outstanding! I brought my new car for a hit & run, I’m very maniac about how my car looks and they did an amazing work.
Back panel and bumper had to be repainted and buffed out, final result is like nothing ever happened.
Quote was fair, they took a couple days to fix the car, as they said.

Tony’s Collision Center came recommended from Metric Motors. Both shops so far have delivered high quality of service that surpassed any expectations I’ve had. Tony’s Collision Center, especially Ed was funny, polite, efficiently informative, and considerate — from start to finish of the entire transaction. I came in to get estimates for repairing the damage done to the grill and nose panel of my car. He provided estimates even though my car was not present, additionally, he was flexible about which day I could bring in the car, and he was more than helpful on the repairs themselves. I would definitely recommend this shop to my own network of friends and family — as well as others. They made an excellent first impression.

My car was severely keyed (I didn’t even know people did that anymore!) and my insurance company (Geico) has an office out of this shop. I was never pressured into using this shop during my appointment, but after a little research this seemed like the best choice — the shop was clean, the location was convenient, the staff was friendly — going out of there way to be helpful, and the Unilocal deal they were offering couldn’t be beat.
The repair and paint job on my car was beautiful (and I can be very picky) and I think they even fixed a few surrounding nicks that weren’t part of the incident. I was also worried about timing because my mom was coming in town that week. I needed to have my car back a certain day, and they delivered exactly as promised.

Someone was nice enough to hit my car and drive off without leaving a note, so I was already a pretty aggravated customer when I started this process. Called AAA, who identified Tony’s as one of their preferred repair shops. Based on the reviews, I decided to check them out. I’ve had some problems with auto shop customer service before, but no such issues at Tony’s. They handled the whole thing in a way that turned a neurotic, angry me into a calm and collected customer. When I called to ask about setting up an appointment, they answered the phone answered right away. I drove over and Ed immediately got to my estimate work, filed the claim with the insurance company, and got me out the door after answering my questions. Not rushed, just prompt and attentive. 5 Star Customer Service all the way. It is nice to support a local business that actually acts like they want your business, and Tony’s does just that.

This was one of the best customer service experiences of my life… Ed was amazingly helpful and sweet, my car looks brand new, and the estimate/​quote/​repair process was unimaginably easy. I love them and would recommend Tony’s Collision to all my friends.

Some jerk knocked my side mirror almost completely off. I called in to Tony’s Collision Center and Ed gave me a no-​fuss quote — what the most expensive price would be and the least expensive based on parts, etc. I really appreciated him telling me what the money was going to (labor, parts, etc.). Really fast turn around, too!

Living in the city and parking on the street, full coverage insurance is a must for my car. Last Sunday was proof of that, as I watched an angry young man karate chop my passenger door mirror right before my eyes. BAM!!! It was unexpected to say the least and left the mirror hanging by a wire. Fortunately, Triple AAA recommended Tony’s to me and I was able to drop my car off without a hassle. Ed provided efficient, and awesome customer service. My car was done by the end of the week with a whole new paint job on one side and a spankin’ new mirror. An added bonus was the excellent detailing job they did on my car. I would suggest that this is the go-​to spot to get your whip into shape.

The side of my new Subaru was keyed. 2 months after I bought it. How annoying is that? Before I talked to my insurance I took it to a few body shops to get an idea of whether it could just be buffed out or if it was going to be a total repaint of the side. Tony’s (and Ed in particular) was recommended to me by a friend who had had a lot of work done on his Subaru. They had one of the more reasonable estimates, and more importantly Ed’s customer service and overall professionalism was miles beyond anyone else. He explained simply but effectively exactly what they were going to do, and why they were going to do it. I really appreciated him taking the time to do that rather than just writing up an estimate and sending me on my way.
My insurance is State Farm and they are not on State Farm’s «preferred» list but it was very easy to schedule the appointment with the adjuster. It’s definitely worth the extra phone call or two to set it up, and Ed dealt with the adjuster and the insurance so all I had to do was show up at the end and pay my deductible.
They seemed pretty busy there but they still managed to get my car done in about 4 business days even though they had to wait on a couple parts (taillight and rock guard) and it was left over the Thanksgiving weekend. The paint match and blend (dark gray) look perfect.

It all started with the ‘sccrrraaaape’ and ‘screeeech’ sounds as the garage door came down on the back of my beloved Audi A3 one terrible afternoon. The result: multiple deep and serious vertical lines where there used to be paint on the trunk door and bumper. plus, two of the rings on the logo sliced right off and not to mention, my heart breaking into a million pieces.
A few days later I managed to back up into a little post that I swear to god came out of nowhere. Smashed the tail-​light on my two-​ring audi or just my ‘Au’ as some would call it. Awesome.
Seeing it all as a sign, the next day I called up Geico and they told me to go to Tony’s Imported Body Shop to have them fix my car for the damages caused by the first accident. At first impression, the shop is eerily quiet and immaculately clean, which made me a little suspicious and unsure if it was really a repair shop since most shops I’ve been to are noisy, greasy and dark. Turns out they do the painting next door and they just store the cars in the area by the office. Don’t be scared.
Ed Navarro was really friendly and helpful. I mean, no attitude, no cheesy sales pitches or trying to get me to fix more things than I needed– He’s just like ‘Yep, No problem. We’ll get it fixed’. I decided to pay separately to get the tail light fixed and he gave me a very reasonable quote.
Let me tell you, I almost didn’t recognize my car when I went to pick it up. They fixed EVERYTHING! There were other nicks, dings, bumps and scratches totally unrelated to the garage door accident… ALL GONE. They even washed it and buffed it all shiney. I have a brand new car.
Not only did they fix everything. Ed also left out the labor costs for the tail light so I only had to pay for the part. Who does that?! If you ever need body work done, I highly recommend this place. Thanks for putting my rings back together, making me a very satisfied customer.
