Thirty Three Hundred Scott Street Apartments

This is by far the WORST place to live in all of the Marina! Not only does it have mice, toxicity and mold, but it is noisy, has NO laundry, NO storage and NO parking. They rent studios for $ 2K+ a month which is NOT WORTH IT!
The absolute WORST part about this building is that it has a despicable older owner named Ms. Bonnie Stewart. Her behavior is extraordinarily repugnant, dishonest, greedy, ignorant and entitled. Ms. Stewart is living off of the work of her grandfather (who originally built the building) and does NOT care one ounce about the comfort & happiness of the tenants. Ms. Stewart is absurdly cheap, unreasonable and the nastiest person you’ll ever meet.
The management company (Meridian Management) is lame. They (like Ms. Bonnie Stewart) only care about their own interests (i.e., money). They’ve had some extremely horrible building managers whose inappropriate, bizarre and hostile behavior has been shocking (and they never took responsibility for it nor apologized). They do not get things done that are needed unless they are forced.
For example, Ms. Bonnie Stewart & Meridian Mgmt. knowingly violated building code and broke city, state & federal laws for decades. Her building had no working central fire alarm until the SFFD busted her in 2012 (only one of the many nightmares about this place). They simply do not care about the tenants.
The building installed videos cameras on every floor, but it was not to protect the tenants. It was to spy on and watch the tenants every move which they do (and which is so disturbing and creepy). They apparently think there’s nothing better to do yet they could be using that time to make improvements. It’s not surprising that Meridian was sued for a wide-​spread bed bug problem (a class action lawsuit in which Meridian was DEFEATED). Google it, and you’ll see.
Ms. Bonnie Stewart is the kind of owner and person whose toxic behavior will ruin your faith in humanity. Her lack of character is so appalling that she doesn’t care whose life she negatively affects, makes miserable or ruins as long as the motive serves her interests.
Make no mistake. Neither Ms. Bonnie Stewart nor Meridian Mgmt. cares about the happiness of tenants. Ms. Stewart cares about lining her pockets and about liability. Unless you want to deal with a nightmare, DO NOT move into this building. Aside from the owner and the mgmt. company, again it is toxic, noisy, has NO laundry, NO storage and NO parking.
