Think Escape Party Bus

Last minute Napa planning is never a pleasant situation, but fortunately for us, we found Think Escape which made it a dream! They were the best company to work with (trust me, we talked to many…), super easy booking process, showed up right on time, the bus was immaculate, and the driver was wonderful.
We were a large group of around 20 and they handled us like a family of four. We could play our own tunes, bring snacks on the bus, stop for lunch or grocery store, bathroom break, etc. I would 100% recommend Think Escape for any one looking to go to Napa and see the beautiful wine country. The driver knew the area very well and took great care of our large group.
Overall, it was an amazing experience. For any Napa/​Sonoma trips in the future, we’d love to have the opportunity to use Think Escape again! +1,000,000 or Think Escape!

Overall: Super clean, courteous, patient and flexible! Great customer service. Wouldn’t tour Napa/​SF with any other company.
Other pluses: Could play our own music + driver happily obliged with all of our requests, including taking us to lunch + pulling over to a grocery store for more snacks and a bathroom break (important when you are rolling with a big group!)
At first, we booked a van to Napa for around 12 people, but ended up realizing that we would need space for additional people. Think Escape was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Our contact was happy to oblige and let us change our reservation without any issues whatsoever! Even better — the bigger bus ended up being less expensive per person.
The driver arrived early at our apartment and was very friendly and had complimentary water bottles waiting. We ended up getting a late start (a friend was late!) but our driver got us to the vineyard on time for our first tasting. The bus had an aux cord, so we could play our own music throughout the day.
Can’t recommend Think Escape enough!

Think Escape has the best support team. When it comes to rentals, the real differentiator is customer service, and Think Escape proved themselves. Let me explain…
We originally booked a large van for 12 – 14 people to Napa, but after our group more than doubled in size, Think Escape happily worked with us to find a bus. I was stressed about needing to find another vehicle, and after explaining the situation, we had another bus booked in two minutes. The bigger party bus ended up being cheaper per-​person, and was definitely more fun than a van.
Experience: Our driver arrived ten minutes early, and water bottles were waiting inside. i listed the wineries, and times we needed to arrive. Our driver smiled and said, «Great! Hop on in, and let me know if we need to make any detours along the way.» Finally, I could enjoy Napa knowing Think Escape had my back.
Great price, wonderful service, quick phone and email correspondence, flexible to find another vehicle. The best!

Poor customer service! Called them to get a quote and both times they said they will call back and never did.

I rented from ThinkEscape for my girlfriends birthday party wine tour. There were some issues with the electrical equipment and music on the bus intiailly, however ThinkEscape was very responsive to the issues.
Sometimes unforeseen mistakes and issues can come up, what matters most is how a company responds. In this case ThinkEscape went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was happy and great in the end.
Because of this I’d definitely suggest Think Escape for any party bus rentals, because whether things go perfectly or not, they’ll do the right thing by the customer, which is what matters most. Our driver was also very nice too.

Great company and fun bus for trips to Napa!

On 8÷20÷2015, I reserved a Krystal Coach Bus for 8÷29÷2015 from 9pm-​2am for $ 1398.00.
Less than 24 hours later, I called them numerous times to cancel the reservation. Since I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone or return my call, I emailed them requesting for the cancelation as well however, they still didn’t respond to my email.
I finally got a hold of Raj the following week, and told him how I have been trying to get a hold of them to cancel my reservation.
He tells me that he still has to charge me the cancellation fee even though I reserved the bus for less than 24 hours.
I’ll tell you right now, that’s straight up ROBBERY to charge someone a HUGE cancellation fee for reserving a bus for LESS THAN 24 hours.

Booked my Bachelor Party with Think Escape and It was a blast. Raj was very flexible and accommodating as the event neared and the guest list was shrinking.
The bus was clean, music was clear, driver was excellent. Awesome experience I will never forget. I highly recommend your next night out with Think Escape.

There are a few times in life when a party bus is so expertly crafted and planned that it is nothing short of genius. This weekend, I will be in one of those party buses. Think Escape made my thinking escape and everything else run free.

Think Escape Party Bus was everything we had hoped for. We used the company in November 2015 for a Cal almuni event and had an absolute blast. Booking was easy and the driver was awesome. I will definitely be using Think Escape again!

We are going to be using Think Escape Party Bus for the Cal vs. Stanfurd football game in a couple weeks with a bunch of Cal alum. Booking was super quick and easy, and pricing was fair. Looking forward to it & I’d recommend to others!

My friends and I booked a shuttle bus with Think Escape last minute. Raj was very responsive and made the process of finding last minute transportation quick and stress free.
The bus arrived at our pick up spot early but the driver waited patiently and did not make us feel rushed at all. We had a group of 18 people and all of us were excited for the event we were heading to, the driver was accommodating and tried to meet our requests for more/​less ac and music. We arrived at our destination in no time at all and after the event all got home safely. It was great to have peace of mind and not have to worry about assigning designated drivers for the night.

We had a company event for 6÷19÷15, from San Francisco to Santa Cruz, and back. I had about 35 employees and was having a lot of trouble finding the right company and bus that would meet our needs for the event. We had a boat tour scheduled for Santa Cruz so the distance and the size of bus required was challenging, since everyone wanted to get a party bus. Raj was our coordinator and Ronald was our driver for the day. Raj was quick to respond, very helpful, and even though there was another bus I was initially asking for, I relied on Raj’s experience and insight when he recommended that we go with the Entertainer Party Bus instead (it had a restroom included. thankfully). I’m glad I did, because the event was such a hit!
The day before the event, Raj let me know Ronald would be my driver, and sent his contact info. We connected to coordinate final details.
On the day of the event, Ronald was on time (a few minutes early actually), gave an intro once everyone was on the bus, and was an excellent driver and host.
If this rating could give a fraction of a star, I’d give this company a 4.5 for the following minor reasons related to maintenance:
1. 1 grab bar was missing from the bus (looked like it had been ripped out, from a previous event). Not sure how long (it could have been from just the day before for all I know, and I don’t think anyone else really noticed anyway).
2. On our way to Santa Cruz, the bus stalled near the peak of highway 17. This was probably due to the steep climb and the number of bodies on the bus. Ronald had a good attitude and was able to get us over in 10 or so minutes, but those 10 minutes had me a little worried if were going to be able to make it.
…with all that said, I’m rounding up my rating to 5 stars because of Raj and Ronald, and their «make it happen» attitude. These guys rock. My only suggestion is to make sure to maintain your buses, please, for the couple of reasons noted above. Aside from those two things, the bus itself seemed to be in great shape and the ride was smooth the rest of the way.
