Came to my house, snaked a clogged sewer main and said they gave it a one year warranty and handed it to us in writing. One week later, they came back out because drain was clogged, and told us that it was grease that was blocking the line, and their warranty didn’t cover grease. We had not been home for several days that week and did not have any grease usage in our home. They told us the warranty would not cover our issue.
E.J. Plumbing came out, snaked the line, and it was fixed. $ 200. Done. They showed us that there was a paper item blocking the line and that it had been removed.
