Great place to watch sports! Not a big place but TVs everywhere so you wont miss a thing. They have a thumping sound system and enery of crowd is thru the roof! Warriors fan bar, for sure! Limited menu items but what they do have is really good! Wings are fantastic! Great times to be had here… im a big fan!!!

I hate to be that stupid guy. But I was literally ignored until I asked one of the three bartenders for some service. It wasn’t busy. All three of them were chatting with friends. As they danced. In front of me. Very poor service.

Good bar for watching sports. Drinks are average but bartenders are pretty chill/cool.

Normal and standard décor for a bar. With a pool table in the back. Prices for drinks isn’t bad, cheaper than most places in the Marina. Causal place to hang out with friends. The bartenders was super friendly. Bonnie and Connie is amazing!

Random bar that my friend mentioned she was going to on Saturday night. There’s not much that can differentiate a dive bar from any other, except the employees. Our bartender Bianca was the absolute best! She had some of the best pours I’ve seen, barely any foam. She was also super attentive and good at gaging if we needed any fill ups. Outside of her bartending skills, she was just a super cool person. If you are in the neighborhood stop by. I will definitely be coming back here!

Great casual spot to catch up with friends and have a beer. I was on my period and craving carbs so Kim suggested the tater tot nachos! I like this place!

Street parking only. Fun atmosphere and free pool in the back. Comfy booths for larger parties but the best seats are at the bar. Sports on televisions. Beers on tap. Bar menu also. Tater tot Nachos are on point. Want to try the coka cola wings next time

I frequent here with co workers and friends! It’s always mellow during the day and slowly it becomes crowded as people start rolling in from work or nagging wives and girlfriends. The only bartender I’ve had the honor and crush of meeting is Melissa, she’s a little firecracker. A bit flirty cute, Asian with a sweet and caring demeanor. I’ve seen her in the day while; yes you caught me I said«day» for a drink or two and having regulars who’ve probably been coming here since it was whatever it was called before the corner spot. Mostly elderly men and she chats it up with them, busts jokes and genuinely makes it feel like a second home with her barmotherly charm. They serve food at 6 while obviously nothing spectacular it smells good and from what I’ve seen looks edible. My boy Kareem did try the wings which he said were delicious but then again he was drunk so his judgement was diminished. If you want a cheap drink, food and friendly service check out the corner spot. They have free pool and Melissa will even let you plug the auxiliary into your phone and play music!!!

Nice place to grab a quick drink. Stopped by a couple weeks ago after having dinner. It was a Tuesday night, so the bar was very chill and mellow. Plenty of TVs as well if you’d like to enjoy a game while throwing a couple back. From the pix, the bar food looks delicious. I wouldn’t mind coming by after work for snacks and drinks. I love tater tots and nachos! The Corner Spot might be my next happy hour stop!

Clean and laid back atmosphere Love the upgrade and there are plenty of seating and flat screen tvs for games Food: typical bar food but better — from nachos to even entrees? Sliders? Popcorn chicken(good quality), awesome nachos tots! Yes forget the chips get tater tots! Drinks: top to bottom shelf choices and good draft selection like blue moon and etc Will definitely come back here again

The Corner Spot has quickly become one of my favorite bars in the city. Don’t expect anything fancy but you can expect: + GREATPRICES: My pint of Anchor Steam on draft was only $ 4! + FREE pool! I know my way around a pool hall and being able to drink cheap drinks and shoot some free pool is practically an automatic 5 star establishment in my book. + TONS of T.V.‘s! I was watching golf, poker and 2 baseball games all at the same time! Catch me here next March for the Madness. + Close to the N line which makes it a convenient after work destination + The bartender was super chill and didn’t bother /sass me which I appreciate. + Serves food! Helpful for curing a case of the drunchies. I don’t really have anything bad to say about this place except that happy hour is only from M-F 5 — 7. Definitely going to come back soon.

There’s not many places where you can order a bowl of phở to go w/your beer. The food wasn’t bad either. They used a filet type beef so it didn’t dry out. Soup was a bit oily but I didn’t mind. They also have burgers, fries, etc to go w/your alkie. Prices are reasonable and our bartender Lilian was cool.

I am really down with this bar. It’s never dead, and there are so many Asians here, so many. I’m guessing this is where they go on Irving. The food is your standard greasy, bar stuff, but they have some interesting things too(pulled pork nachos, sliders, and tacos). The bartenders are awesome. They’re always attentive, they’ll have conversations with you, and they pour generously, very, very generously. Pool table, jukebox, inattentive bouncers, booths, tvs, and just the right amount of rowdiness. They also have dice, for those who want to play 1 – 6 or liar’s dice. And, the drinks are pretty damn cheap. The only things that would make this place even more awesome would be more beer and liquor choices. They already have a bunch of good stuff(plus Sapporo on tap — what? awesome), but sometimes, I want to try something ridonk. Still one of my favorite bars, though.

This is a cool go-to bar to hang out and catch up with your friends. When I’m there I often see familiar faces. I may have sat at the bar at least 3 times and so far all the bartenders have been very attentive. I must’ve been there at least 6 times now and I must say this is probably the cleanest bar i’ve been to. There was a night i regret not going to the Corner spot because I decided it would be more convenient to go to a nearby bar with my cousin in the Richmond district. Oh my, that bar was just plain gross — sticky and smelly tables. Um yeah, I’m going back to the Corner Spot. I enjoy pool and I’m glad the Corner spot has one so I can challenge some of my friends and/or even new friends to play for drinks. I don’t watch much sports(except tennis) but it’s nice to see that they have TVs everywhere. The Corner Spot is the only bar I could really think of whenever my friends want to go for drinks. I also really liked that they don’t have their music blaring loud so I can carry a decent conversation with people without screaming at their faces. Music is not bad too. Overall, great spot to hang out with friends and will be back for more drinks! Cheers!

Cheers local Unilocalers! Corner Spot, where everybody knows your name. Well, obviously they’re not gonna know your name if you’ve never been here before. Locals are frequent here so you’re bound to see familiar faces. Even if you’re here solo to catch a game on the fly, you’re still good with 8 TVs that are sports focused. Shots and beer all start at about 5 bux. If you find yourself singing«I feel good!» like Bob Saget on that one episode of Full House(SF… And u didn’t see Full House coming?) you just might also find yourself with a victory shot courtesy of the stranger with his ‘finger n his thumb in the shape of an L on his forehead’ after getting smashed in a game of pool. Even if neither of that was on your agenda, there’s nothing wrong with finishing off your long day with a night cap. If you think about it, Nyquil might work just fine but then again… My motto is «never drink alone». I’d rather top off my day where everybody knows my name. Cheers!

Came here for happy hour with my friend. Its a nice little spot to hang out and watch sports. During happy hour you can get $ 2 tacos and $ 5 shots, wells and beer. Tacos: 4⁄5: they were extremely tasty. They had seasoned pork with lettuce and salsa. It was so good, I wish I had ordered more. I like that they used soft tortillas as opposed to the hard shells. Had a cranberry vodka and it was strong but not too strong. It had a good amount of cranberry juice to drown out the powerful vodka, and lets just say i was pretty buzzed after having this and shot of whiskey. I do want to try the other food they offer, I will be back another day to try more! Total for 2: $ 35

I came here the other night with my mom after dinner for a drink(yes, my mom is that cool that I’ll go to a bar with her)! I’ve been here years ago and was pleasantly surprised by the remodel of the place. Great job! It no longer feels so divey. The bar tender that was there last Thursday was so sweet. Super friendly and loved the fact that she randomly goes to the same nail place as my mom and I do. Prices are very reasonable and I love how they have tons of TV’s that display various sport games. If you’re in the area and looking for a cute spot to have a drink, I recommend the corner spot!

This is a pretty cool bar. They replaced Terry’s lodge and after their remodel, it looks much better. Same owner as The Spot Lounge where I had a lot of fond memories. Definitely can count on a good time here as well! For entertainment, they kept the original pool table, but the flaw to this is there’s no room for some shots. You’ll see what I mean as you play. They also have a jukebox for you to select music from(have to pay). Don’t forget to ask for playing cards and/or dices while you enjoy your drinks. You can purchase alcohol by the bottle which generally comes out cheaper than buying shot for shot. Anything you don’t finish… they’ll keep it there for your next visit! So don’t worry about downing it… drink responsibly. The alcohol selection here is pretty extent… along with many flavored vodka. Parking can be hard to find on Friday and Saturday nights. I didn’t get to try their food yet, but will be back!

The Corner Spot is just a long bar with a few tables. lots of flatscreens. not many games. no pool table seen. informed by Marianne W. it’s in the back. HH(5 – 7) features drafts, well drinks @3, wine @5 clean place. drafty when the door’s open brew: gin & tonic(4.5) –very stiff drink, worth it. on draught –parking difficult around here.

Just found this spot with some friends last weekend, cool bartenders and nice vibe. It’s new and a definite need in the avenues since it’s kind if bland out there. The layout is good for crowds and bartenders are quick with the drinks and fun to be around. Good hangout for friends and meeting new folks.
