Terrible! They took off the tag from my dress and stain didn’t come off. So now I can’t return the dress or wear it. Poor service. Totally not recommend. Very unprofessional.

I pass by four cleaners that are closer to my house just so that I can have my clothes dry cleaned here. Philip and Debbie have always been incredibly friendly and have taken good care of my clothing.
Debbie is the only person I entrust with doing alternations to my suits, pants and dresses. If you need your alternations done within 48 – 72 hours, then look elsewhere. But if quality of fit is your top priority, then Debbie might be just who you are looking for.
I once overheard them telling a walk-​in potential customer that the item she needed cleaned would be challenging, and why, and that they would not be able to guarantee the outcome. I would expect nothing less than such an honest, upfront response from them.

Philip and his wife are magicians! I just bought a new comforter and duvet (white) and my puppy had an accident. Immediately rushed it to the cleaners. They not only removed smell and stain they did it in less than 2 days. Some of the friendliest dry cleaning staff I’ve ever met. Will be a return customer just hopefully not for my comforter again. Only down side cash only.

ALL the buttons are broken after the dry clean.
I got a very expensive cardigan and never wore it before the dry clean. I sent it to this place last Saturday and got it back this Saturday, and now when I check it, all the buttons are broken.
I am not sure how they clean it, but this is 200 dollar clothes now it is trash!
They didn’t tell me when I got my clothes, I think they didn’t want to take the responsibility. I don’t know why there are so many good reviews for this place, definitely this is bad service and not honest to customers. I was cheated by the Unilocal review.

I’m so happy to have come across this business last year as my usual cleaners were closed for the day. The couple running the business are so sweet and always have a smile for their customers. Even after a few visits they were greeting me by name, which is such a rare thing these days. Please do give them your business — I am sure you won’t be disappointed!

This business is run by a really nice, hard-​working husband-​and-​wife team who take real pride in the quality of their work and service. I know they’re good dry cleaners. But the reason I keep going back is because the wife is an excellent seamstress. I’ve had dresses refitted, pants hemmed, pillows made — both casual and fancy ones. I completely trust that whatever I hand over to her will be returned in even better shape. The prices are more than reasonable and the work is always finished on time and returned with a smile. Very grateful to Irving Cleaners for becoming one of my go-​to service spots.

I don’t understand the great reviews. I wish I had a great experience because this is close to me and the people were nice but everything had a horrible smell just awful. I’ve had things recleaned and they still smell 5 months later.

I’ve being doing business with this couple for many years now. I feel that I owe it to them to give them a quality Unilocal review.
They’re reliable, friendly and honest. When they say your dry cleaning will be ready on a certain time and date, they come through.
I’ve done several alterations here as well for slacks and jeans and they’ve done great work every time. Highly recommended!

The place is run by a Taiwanese couple who are friendly, kind, and professional. I needed to get my suit dry cleaned prior to an interview, and they told me that as long as I got it there by 10:30am, it would be back by noon the next day. It was a smooth transaction as my suit came back in pristine condition for $ 10 right on schedule exactly as promised. Will definitely come back again!

I brought in a J. Crew bridesmaid dress that was too big and too long. It badly needed to be taken in at the seam and shortened by a couple of inches. The alteration took a little over a week and cost me about $ 50. The dress fits perfectly now!
The couple running this place are friendly, professional, and do excellent work — if I ever need another alteration, I would definitely come back here.

Very sweet and friendly couple who work there. Cheaper than other nearby dry cleaners. Got my clothes back fairly quickly and looking great (dropped off at 10:00AM, collected at 6:00PM the following day). Everyone wants a reliable dry cleaners and they definitely fit that description.

A little bit on the pricey side, but the couple who runs this place is very friendly and they do great work. I brought a pair of jeans in for hemming ($ 12 without original hem) and a dress with a broken zipper. They are very attentive with alterations requests and make sure they understand what the issue is and what you are looking to fix. I was very happy with the work the woman did on my dress. She went above and beyond in order to make sure that the new zipper was not only fixed, but that it worked better than before and would not break again.

I’ve been to them several times and they are nice enough but the last run turned disastrous because the coat came back with all these black burned marks. And the coat smelled awful like gym clothes. And they are not that cheap either. They lost my trust with the last run, and I won’t be going back.

Came here to get the hem on 2 pairs of pants taken up. They were extremely friendly and have a little «cubicle» where you can try on the pants and they pin them up to double check exactly what it is you want. My pants were available for pick-​up in one week and total cost was $ 24.
So although I cannot comment on laundry service, their alterations were excellent and I will be back again with anything else that needs tailored for sure!
