The Art of Ordinary Magic

I started with Alina in a very resistant state. I was hesitant and doubtful of the effectiveness of what Alina was offering. I was in a very depressed state, negative and fatalistic. Through patience and intuition Alina helped guide me to a better understanding and awareness of my own needs and goals. Alina doesn’t tell you how to live your life she helps you figure out how you want to live your life to benefit yourself and others. Alina helped me develop a set of tools to help me navigate between choices made out of fear and choices made out of love. Alina is spectacular! I took a somatic stretching class with her and then got a bodywork session. With just two sessions I feel a change in my body posture and movement. She is incredibly knowledgable about body mechanics, intuitive, and works magic with her hands.

I had a great experience working with Alina. I first contacted Alina, fellow SI Coach, to compliment the coaching video she made for her practice. She was easy to reach, and pleasant to speak with. During our conversation, I shared with her my negative feeling around something that had happened that day that was not serving me well. The conversation continued naturally, and she basically ended up coaching me through a huge obstacle in my life, which I was able to turn into an opportunity for positive growth, both personally and professionally.
As a graduate of the SI coaching program, I had gotten «unstuck» and moved to the next stage of my life. However, in letting go of old patterns, I had abandoned parts of myself. I felt guilty and confused about missing them. Alina helped me reconnect with those old parts of myself in an empowering way. She helped me recapture old strengths without falling into old behaviors. With Alina’s coaching, I was able to discover more than just compassion and peace with old personas, decisions and behaviors; she helped me recapture my strengths, and use them in my current life.
Eight months later, I reached out to her about a book I was writing, asking for her input. To my amazement, Alina took chapter 1 of my book, polished it and turned it into a jewel within a few hours. I immediately hired her as my editor. Alina is not only an amazing coach, but an extremely intuitive and polished writer! She could express my thoughts in words better than I had expressed them myself. And not only that, but her explanations of her changes were true healing opportunities for me. Alina could see through my blocks and embrace the weak, fearful parts of myself that were coming through my prose, showing me how, when looked at from a different angle and used properly, they could become an asset, enabling me to connect with my audience on a deeper level, and express my message with more strength and authenticity.

Working with Alina has bought very powerful changes in my life. Before I started working with her, if anytime things would not go in my way, I had a habit of blaming myself and letting me fall through a spiral of limiting thoughts and beliefs. Alina helped me identify and acknowledge when such a process would happen and understand how I could use my physiology, language and focus to convert the same into empowering ones. I practiced a few such scenarios with her and could immediately see how easily I was able to turn my emotions around.
During this time, I also had a few unfortunate incidents happen in my personal life and this practice was exactly what I needed to not only stand up against them, and but also feel stronger after I was able to get over them. She also helped me understand the concept of 6 human needs, to explain the behavior of people I was having a difficult time with, and free my mind from keeping any grudges against them.
I also worked with Alina on how I could collect my thought process by setting up clear intentions, and plan appropriately before reaching for my goals. She helped me phrase my thoughts in clear and concise manner, which improved my communication skills at work and in personal life. Everyday I would go through a few simple routines and exercises that would improve my posture, thought process, and fill me with empowering beliefs and optimism. I would begin my day looking forward to it, and end it realizing what I added to, and already had in my life. As a result of coaching with Alina, I now spend my time effectively, and stay away from ideas and actions that don’t serve me.
Alina has been very professional, a role model to look up to, and learn from.

I first met Alina when I visited a friend in SF and she invited me to one of her seminars, in the beginning I was a bit nervous, but left feeling confident, empowered and inspired. I will never forget that first meeting with her, and for that I am grateful. :)

Alina was one of the first people I met when I moved to San Francisco, she embraced me as a friend and after many conversations about my life expectations and societies pressures, she offered me her services which I reluctantly obliged. This wasn’t something I had ever done before, nor did I feel was necessary at the time. However, after my first meeting I felt I knew so much more about myself; past, present and future. Alina has such confident presence she inspires you to be more in the here and now just being around her.
