All I have to say is: BIG ASS BUDDHA! He/​she/​it greets you when you arrive, with that customary open smile, threat of «healing» embrace, and understated «offering» box. But how can one ignore the place. I ran in during prayer/​chant/​etcetera when looking for parking and seem to always go back. It just draws you in, but then again I would expect nothing less of the Buddha.

I have been here alot for their daily service. I have no idea what is going on but I keep going anyway. They are very nice to me. The first time I went they gave me a pamplet and a book.
All I have come to realize in the past two years is to NEVER lay the song book on the floor. The chanting, drumming and gonging (around 3−4pmish) is fantastic and the iconography is absolutely amazing. Some days I just like to sit and meditate with the incarnations of Budda. I feel like I am in another world when I visit.

Shhhh. It has a secret Church façade with a Tibetan Buddhist temple makeover inside. Its one year anniversary is tomorrow!
