Tech Runners is a Bay Area based, on demand IT company. We provide service from San Jose to Marin.

The idea behind Tech Runners is to be able to provide support to individuals as well as small businesses whenever they need it, and on their time.

One if the biggest pains when it comes to IT support is the effort and time it takes to bring your issue to a support location. Thats where we come in. We work with your schedule and come to you.

If you like talking to your computer support person all the time: Don’t use Clay; you email, he comes, fixes, and it works.
If you like spending hours (PTO) during your workday waiting for a support guy to show up at your house to fix your home computer: Don’t call Clay; he comes in the evening after you have had dinner and put kids down.
If you like the geek guys speaking tech: don’t call Clay; he is a geeky tech who can explain in simple terms so we understand everything.
If you like really complicated and high priced solutions: Don’t call Clay; he will look at what you have, reuse and buy just what you need to get state of the art functionality.
In summary: Don’t call Clay because we really don’t want to share him…

Clay put together a new website design for us and I have to say that he is not only very sharp, but a real pleasure to work with.
He immediately understood what we were looking for, provided excellent design proposals and suggested some well-​considered improvements. It is rare to meet someone who thoroughly understands website design from a technical, graphical and usability perspective. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough great things about Tech Runners and Clay. Yes my computer is old, well so am I. I did not want to get a new computer as I don’t do a lot of techie things. I asked Tech Runners if they cold take a look and see if it was salvageable. I had 3 other tech people look and they pretty much told me to get a new computer. God Bless Clay for solving the problem quickly and having it repaired in 2 days! WOW! I not only got to keep my old computer but it’s running like new!

Clay and I worked closely together at my startup and he was always super responsive, polite, and professional. While he’s incredibly intelligent and a master of his space, it never feels like he’s talking down to you. He has a remarkable talent for speaking clearly and respecting his clients.
He’s a super hard worker, but most of all he’s reliable and prompt. You can always expect a response from him very quickly — which is super convenient when working within highly variable time and scheduling constraints.

For someone like me who is on the go, there is nothing like having a Professional that knows exactly what they are doing conveniently come to meet you where you are at and fix your laptop. I had a laptop that wouldn’t turn on for some reason, handed it over to Clay At Tech runners and not only does it work, but he gave it a tune up as well! Took a couple days but they fixed a problem I thought I would never get fixed. Literally saved me a fortune on having to replace this laptop. Seeing as I had paid a good chunk of change for it. I had 3 laptops that needed to be fixed, each for its own reasons. I took them all (2 PCs and a MacBook pro) to Clay at Tech Runners to have a look. Not only did he fix all 3, he even replaced the whole screen on the Mac!

Tech Runners is AMAZING! We were having difficulties setting up our network and printers in the new office and found Tech Runners through Unilocal.I called them on a Monday afternoon, they responded within 15 minutes and by Tuesday morning they had us up and running.
