History

Established in 1937.

The Chamber has worked towards business and professionals for several decades. Since San Francisco and Silicon Valley has become international hubs for technology and services, the chamber has helped several Swedish firms estabilishing themselves in the Bay area. Being a member in the Swedish American Chamber of Commerce includes access to a large network of firms and working professionals, as well as help locating legal and financial services in both San Francisco/​Silicon Valley and in the US.

Networking in the Bay area is made easy with Vesna, since she thrives on connecting people and businesses. She is working with the Swedish American Chamber of Commerce towards a greater Swedish participation in the technology boom and is very passionate about working with young professionals, the industry and the academic sphere.
