Stephanie LeBeau was our real estate agent for a home purchase which finalized mid-​February, 2016. My wife and I are very picky home-​shoppers and it was several months before we found the right house near SF, CA.

Stephanie LeBeau is the most amazing realtor, friend and mentor one could EVER have the privilege of having in one’s life. I was looking to buy something, and had no experience in this. She was patient, and very careful about tailoring my ‘dream home’ at a time, when the housing market was nutty and very competitive. I saw over 70 properties, declining most, and feeling less and less hopeful behind the grueling process. She always said «If you dont feel it in your heart, then be ok with this». For someone who is selling properties, Stephanie is not in any way pushy. She is more driven to having the client feel safe and secure behind a decision, vs. it be about the money. Stephanie is far more driven to securing a dream for her client than making the deal close as soon as possible.
She gave me hope when I had none; after 8 months, I took a break and she gave me the time to catch my breath, and always reminded me to hold onto my dream.
On a very casual Sunday, she threw me a listing, which was heavenly, and it was as if the universe was behind me, with everything lining up — with competition too, the deal was secured in a matter of days, and the joy she expressed, the kindness she has shown, and the saavy this woman has, made this entirely possible.
