Description

Specialties

Sprig delivers organic and healthy lunch and dinner in San Francisco. Order on your iPhone or Android using the Sprig app.

At Sprig, we’re making it simple to eat well. We feature a daily rotating menu of three seasonal, sustainable, and delicious dishes designed and crafted by executive chef Nate Keller. Our rotating menu always includes a vegetarian option and a gluten-free option, and frequently offers dishes for paleo, dairy-free, and vegan diners.

Each meal is priced at $ 9 for lunch and $ 10 for dinner. With a few taps, our Sprig servers will brave rain and fog to whisk your order over faster than you can say phone to fork. So join us, and let’s put real food back on the table.

History

Established in 2013.

Our founders are busy professionals and parents, who often found themselves without the time, energy, or sufficiently stocked pantry to prep a nutritious, well-balanced, let alone tasty meal day in and day out. Unfortunately, the quick solutions for delivery and takeout often weren’t the most healthy or satisfying. So with the desire to make everyone’s evening a little bit easier, Sprig was born. Whether you’re unwinding at home or working late at the office, Sprig makes delicious entrees just an effortless tap away.

Nate K.

Business Owner

Nate Keller, Founding Executive Chef, is a former Google Executive Chef, Culinary Institute of America graduate, and lover of all things food. He grew up in Sacramento, the heart of California’s central valley growing region, which gave him access to the local ingredients that shape the way he creates each dish. Nate is a proponent of local cooking and eating, as well as sustainable farming. He has over 15 years of kitchen and management experience, from large corporate programs to small private restaurants stretching from New York to San Francisco (Two of the foodiest cities in the nation!). Nate has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Inc Magazine, TIME, the Washington Post and has personally cooked for Bill Clinton, Al Gore, Mikhail Gorbachev, Alice Waters, and more.
