Sheree Allen Chiropractic

After my wife and I were in a bad car accident and didn’t have medical insurance to fully treat our injuries, we weren’t sure we’d ever be the same. Then we found Dr. Allen! She provided routine care for a few months consisting of Massage therapy, Physical therapy, a wealth of helpful information in addition to Chiropractic adjustments. We felt a difference and improvement with each visit, greatly due to the fact that she would asses our needs with each visit and plan our treatment for that day accordingly. We highly recommend Dr. Allen!

I went to see Dr. Allen for the first time yesterday for an ankle injury that has come back to haunt me. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. She also takes the time to explain what’s going on with your body using charts to help illustrate the point.
She did kinesiotaping, which I’d never had before, adjusted my back and even had her massage therapist work on my foot and ankle. She also gave me homework to do — some exercises to help strengthen my ankle. It was a very thorough treatment and I have to say that my ankle hasn’t hurt since I left her office!

Dr Allen is always such a wonderful person to go see. She always has such a beautiful smile when I go to see her, my worries and pain just melt away. Been seeing Dr. Allen for the last couple of years and I would not go see another Chiropractor. She is the one! Some Chiropractors adjust very harsh and fast that cause me discomfort. Dr Allen is gentle and throughout the years I trust her completely.
I have hypermobile joints and sometimes its not pain and just discomfort from myself accidently cracking my back or neck. She can find what is bothering me and help me get back to normal discomfort free.
Do yourself a favor and stop by to see her if you are experiencing any discomfort or pain. I’m positive she will only help you feel better.

Coming to Dr. Sheree Allen has been an amazing experience for me. I really did something to hurt myself a few weeks ago and has been putting off seeking a professional to get it fixed. Back problems has always gone away instantly but for some reason, it didn’t for this occasion.
Dr. Allen talked me through each step into my recovery and also gave me a lot of tips (and I mean a lot!) on how to help my back in different situations (i.e. at work, at home, in the car, etc.)
Even after the appointment, she continued to extend her concerns for my back pain by emailing me and asking me how I was feeling the following day. She even offered to open her office off hours to get me in.
A good doctor is one that takes care of you while you’re in their office. An amazing doctor is one that takes care of you once you’ve stepped out of their front door.
That being said, Dr. Sheree Allen is an amazing doctor. No doubt about it!

I recently had an adjustment done by Dr Allen and couldn’t be happier with the results. I sit in front of the computer all day and she was able to diagnose that quickly and pointed out areas that I have tension and even noticed I lean forward to view the monitor. (how scary!) and Definitely knowledgeable.

I made an appointment to see Dr. Allen after pinching a nerve in my back/​neck. She was absolutely awesome! It was my first time seeing a Chiropractor and being adjusted. Dr. Allen made me feel comfortable and at ease. She explained in detail what the treatment entailed so I knew what to expect. Her office also offers massage therapy which was quite handy in my case. A+ all around!

Love Sheree! I’m glad I got referred to her. I was in a car accident and had a neck and upper back/​shoulder strain. She was very informative with everything she does. Dr Allen is very friendly and knowledgeable. When I first came in due to back pain Dr Allen did a very good job to explain what the problem was. I never been to a chiropractor before so I really didn’t know what to expect, she did a good job to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. Then back in November I hyper-​extended my LCL and Dr Allen gave me tips to rehab by knee.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Dr. Sheree Allen! I have major issues with my upper back and shoulders due to the kind of work I do and for years I’ve suffered from chronic pain. That is until I discovered Dr. Allen. She’s helped me tremendously with her treatment program and I now am pain free! She is knowledgeable (I appreciate that she takes the time to explain my injuries and treatment options), thorough, caring, and patient — all the qualities your health care provider should be! She has also helped me with a chest injury from a car accident I was involved in last year. The seat belt along with the impact from the collision caused dislocation and muscle tearing in my chest/​rib area. She was able to use Kenesio taping, massage, and adjustments to treat my injuries! Thanks to Dr. Allen I’m doing great!

Back in April I managed to throw out my back doing some household chores and could not move or turn over in bed without excruciating pain. I had hope that using a brace and icing/​heating it would help me recoup in time to board a 6 hr flight the following weekend. After a couple of days of no improvement, someone had suggested I go see Dr. Sheree Allen and «get taped» before my flight. Dr Allen explained the concept behind Kenesio taping and how it could help minimize my pain throughout my flight. With the Kenesio tape and Biofreeze she provided, I was able to endure the 6 hr flight and a 5 hr lay over, not completely pain free but manageable. When I got back from my trip, I continued to visit Dr. Allen to treat my lower back pain.
What I love the most about Dr. Allen is she explains everything to you so you know why she is doing it and how it will help you. She explained that my lower back pain could be due to previous knee injuries causing an imbalance. She suggested exercises and stretches to help my rehab. She is always very friendly and open to answering all my questions.
I like Dr. Allen’s holistic approach to treatment, she doesn’t just spend 5 minutes adjusting you and send you on your way. She has on-​hand massage therapists that help relax your muscles and prep you for adjustment. I am very ticklish and Yelena, who has magical fingers, would adjust her pressure to accommodate me each time I squirmed.

Dr. Allen is the BEST Chiropractor around. I suffer from upper and lower back pain from pregnancy and Dr. Allen is one of the few Chiropractors who is certified in adjusting pregnant women. She has treated me for all 3 of my pregnancies. I don’t think I would be able to survive pregnancy without her =) I love her work! She truly is a blessing. She is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to ALL PREGNANT WOMEN.

My experience with Dr. Sheree Allen has been great. Going to her office feels more like vising a friend than seeing a doctor-​everyone there is always very welcoming and makes you feel at home. Dr. Allen explains everything to you in layman’s terms, so you know what she is doing and why she is doing it to help your condition without rushing through to get to the next patient. I never hesitate to ask her anything, no matter how silly my questions may seem. Dr. Allen is also very accessible. Making an appointment with her is just a few simple mouse clicks on her website. If you ever have a question, you can also e-​mail her and expect a response back within 24 hours. One thing I really appreciate about Dr. Allen is that she always goes about things with your best interest in mind, and not her own ($$). For example, my health insurance only allows X amount of visits for chiropractors/​acupuncture/​etc. She told me that acupuncture might be helpful for me, so instead of using up all my visits for her, she would save some so I could visit the acupuncturist as well. I think that really shows she cares about my well being. Dr. Sheree Allen is FANTASTIC!

Dr. Allen is by far one of the best doctors I have ever met! She is upbeat yet professional. I used to work closely with her as an on-​hand Massage therapist and she treated every patient with the utmost respect and never turned down anyone. She had great feedback from her patients and many of them happen to drive miles and miles just to see her.
She even treated me for various problems and the results were amazing! I staggered in her office one day because my leg was KILLING me! She treated me and I was good as new. I slept like a baby that night! Even though I no longer work with Dr. Allen, I still tell my clients about her.

I haven’t seen a chiropractor in ages, but because my body has accumulated a lot of injuries (sports and car accidents) over time, I finally gave in. Seeing Dr. Allen was one of the best decisions of my life.
The treatments I have received have been very effective. From muscle stim to kinesio tape to hold my muscles in place and adjustments, my back has not felt this good in ages. I am finally sleeping better at night. I also think her vast knowledge combined with an excellent skill set and warm personality makes her a great chiropractor for anyone. I highly recommend Dr. Allen to anyone who has back issues or would like a periodic adjustment.

While I walked into Dr. Sheree Allen’s office i sensed a welcomed feeling as I was greeted by the Dr herself. I have begun seeing her after I left my physical therapist for a back problem that resulted from an accident in April. I saw the physical therapist quite a few times with absolutely no recognizable results. Being a very active student and avid golfer, I needed a Dr with expertise in treating my pains. I began going to Dr Allen in the beginning of July and boy has it made a difference. She made a strong effort in not only treating my condition, but educating me about my condition as well.
