Leaks are not just roof-​related. They often happen whenever there is a transition in surfaces or materials: siding-​to-​window, roof-​to-​wall, and wall-​to-​deck, for example.

Repairs — we’ll find the source of your leaks and fix the damage.

Remodeling — we’ll make sure your project is leak-​free, remedy

any previous water penetration and damage problems, and ensure sure that none reoccur.

Established in 1974.

Originally known as Shanta Carpentry and Construction, Shanta Design|Build has served San Francisco homeowners and businesses since 1974 when owner Shanta Bulkin designed and built his first project — a temple and meditation/​yoga space in San Francisco’s thriving Mission District. Shanta Design|Build now serves the entire San Francisco Bay Area as one of its most highly regarded construction and remodeling companies.
