David C.

Business Owner

David Casuto has over ten years’ technology training experience, holds a Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology and is an Adobe Certified Instructor (ACI). He teaches for UC Berkeley, SFSU, UC Santa Cruz, AcademyX and many other Bay Area institutions. He specializes in training MS Office, Adobe software, web design, e-​learning and videography. He also does graphic design, web design and technical maintenance for private clients.

David also founded and runs a non-​profit organization (Senior Surf) to help older adults to become more proficient in computer technology.

David is my go-​to consultant! He’s helped me with both website development and IT needs. Most recently, he solved a bewildering (to me) issue on my site while teaching me how to troubleshoot. He has also fixed my slow, unreliable internet service, advised on a solution with my ISP and set up the new modem and IP configurations. I have worked with many IT consultants, developers and site managers, and SF Computer Training is the most affordable and stress-​free experience I’ve ever had.

Dave is a great teacher and all around resource and computer consultant. I took a website design class from him and it was very informative and fun. He is obviously very knowledgeable on the subject, but keeps things fun and not too complex, for those who aren’t very experienced with this sort of thing (me)! I was then able to set up my boyfriend’s website without too much effort, which I definitely could not have said prior to taking the class.
Dave also recently helped us redesign the website and work on some search engine optimization for the business, and he accomplished and taught us so much in just a few hours.

David is AWESOME! I was looking for someone who could train our staff in various computer programs. We initially hired him for PowerPoint training. Everyone loved him so much that we brought him back to train people in Excel too. He did a great job answering questions and tailoring the training to meet our needs. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable and makes things fun. If you want someone who knows his stuff and is an amazing trainer, then David is the person for you! You will not be disappointed!

I hired Dave to help me with my excel project. He is very patient, nice, knowledgeable and he really cares about his students. He taught me a few tricks that I did not know about excel, without him It would take me days to figure out my project. It only took us a few hours to complete the project. His rates are very reasonable too. Because of Dave I got an A in my Excel project! I definitely recommend him to anyone and I would definitely hire him again. Thanks Dave!

I’ve worked with two other tutors and David is by far the best one! Those two other guys just left me more confused, bothered (because I had to pay for the confusion) and a little frustrated. After my session with David, I felt prepared, excited (he showed me a couple of things that I WILL be telling my professor about!) and at ease. This is the second time that David’s come through for me when I have fallen behind in my computer courses! Once with Flash and now with Dreamweaver. He’s a great listener and has a great way of explaining things so you’ll understand. He’s easy to talk to, down to earth and very patient. I highly recommend David if you need any help with computers! 10 stars!!! Thanks David!
