First time doing a notary so i had no idea what was bouta go down. Called and made an appt for 11am and arrived promptly at some residential house.
Was immediately buzzed in and sat down in what looks like an organized study room but professionally set up. Ruth was very professional in explaining the process and the interactions were very smooth. It was only $ 10 per document verification which is pretty affordable. Great Service and very professional lady. Will come back in the future!

Good service in a beautiful Edwardian house. Notary opens at 11 because the table is used for breakfast until then. They take reservations and easy parking in front.

I had to see her to get help. I have been contacting her for the last 3 weeks, I left voice messages but she never came back to me! PROBABLY OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

Ruth was available for same day appointment and didn’t have a problem notarizing my stuff 30 minutes after calling in. She’s very nice and convenient to UCSF now that Everyday Errands has shut down on campus. Conveniently located next to school and only a few blocks west in case you need to run here in between class or during lunch. I’d recommend scheduling an appointment just so you don’t have to wait at all.
Oh and she runs a B&B that’s actually really affordable! Might have to book a block of rooms for my wedding here…

Ruth was super responsive and professional when I had to quickly get some paperwork notarized in a pinch on a Sunday morning. She called me back about 1.5−2 hours after my initial call and voicemail for her and agreed to meet me at her location on 7^th and Judah. At $ 10/​signature, the whole process was done quickly without neglect to details, and her notary stamp was done in ink, not embossed, so the document could be faxed to its destination without a hitch. I left a telephone message in the morning and received a prompt return call to set up a same day appointment. Ms. Moffatt provided clear and concise instructions on what to bring to complete the notarization.
Ms. Moffatt handled the notarization competently, efficiently, and with great care. She automatically provided me a receipt upon payment. Throughout the transaction, she was friendly without being obtrusive.
Privacy was a top concern for me and I selected her services based on this consideration. The setting was perfect. The notarization took place privately in the quiet, formal dining room of the B&B as opposed to a retail environment or other public venue where other customers may be present.

I called Ruth and the same morning she called me back to confirm an appointment for later that day. she cranked through over a dozen. documents and everything went perfectly. she was great to work with!

Ruth was great! It’s a very convenient location. Parking may be a little tough but manageable. If you want a legit and quick notary public, Ruth will do the job! $ 10 per signature (standard price). The great thing is that she is available on saturdays and sundays, almost any time unlike any other notary public. Thanks again!

I came here for notary public services several months ago. I hadn’t written a review because I wanted to ensure everything that I had prepared had gone through to Sacramento. Well, my materials finally went through and it couldn’t have been done without Ruth’s help/​certification.
So, now I am comfortable to review Ruth’s service:
Wonderful, very informative, makes you comfortable, and the service was cheap: $ 10/​page. I would certainly go to her again if I need notary public services again.
By the way, per another reviewer, she does many things, one of which is manage a bed and breakfast place. Apparently many UCSF interviewees stay there (met one on his way out) because it is only several blocks from the Parnassus campus. Interesting.

Needed to get some docs signed. I almost bit the bullet to get a mobile notary. Thankfully, my husband did some research and found Ruth, who is conveniently open on Sundays.
Parking in the inner sunset can be a bit tricky, but we were able to snag a spot fairly easily.
