I was referred to RFTM by my original attorney who at the time believed that my case required «big guns». This led to a meeting with RFTM personal injury attorneys Ron Rouda and John Feder. Both are principals in the firm (Ron having founded the firm) so I felt comfortable that I was represented by senior staff. I learned that the firm and Ron and John in particular have had a remarkably long and successful history with cases similar to mine. Ron is well known and well respected in legal circles here as is John.
During the case Ron and John never «teamed up» on me, something I would have rejected, rather they individually approached my case from a variety of angles and perspectives. This approach persuaded me that my case was not being treated as a boilerplate lawsuit but rather was thoroughly examined from all sides.
I am not one to be passive and regularly challenged them often offering suggestions which they took into careful consideration. I asked many questions throughout the process and in time genuinely felt I was an important factor in my own process. Having won my case I can conclude that everything (and then some) was done to conclude my case to my satisfaction. Ron and John spent a lot of time with me and never denied me the additional meetings that I requested. Kudos go to their staff as well.
I often wonder what I would have done if I had to select a personal injury law firm on my own so I hope this recommendation is of some some use to you.
