Rotana Pizza

I ordered delivery sight unseen and was somewhat pleased. The cheese was warm and gooey, but the freshly baked crust was strangely stale and dry. Probably could have popped it in the oven and improved the quality, but delivery should come hot.

Great pizza! Bought a slice to try and then ordered an additional large pizza because it was so good! (brought it back to some co-​workers)

Ordered a slice of pepperoni (last one of the night) and walked down the street. It was good at 1am.
Not sure if my stomach issue the next day was from the pizza or the drinks the night before, but that pizza saved my life after a night of bar hopping.

Stopped in for a late night slice — at around 1:30 AM on Saturday October 30^th, 2011. They had a few different slices available — cheese, pepperoni and a few others.
They heated it — and it came out hot. Overall it was an average run of the mill slice — excellent for 1:30 AM though — but I wouldn’t go out of my way for this. The cheese on the pizza was a little runny and slice was rather greasy.
I would recommend if in the area and buzzed — however, I felt Milan had a superior product right down the street.

I took a chance… and regretted it. Rotana’s pizza was dry, bread-​y, and overall, pretty gross. I should have just paid the extra few bucks and ordered from Victor’s or Pizza Orgasmica like I normally do. Instead, I’ll be throwing away nearly an entire pizza.

and everything was so good. I will definitely order from this place again. The calzone was huge and they didn’t skip on the meat. The wings were also very meaty and had good flavor.

Delivery — Order placed at 9:09 PM. Order delivered at 9:50 PM. Order delivery estimated at 45 – 60 minutes. With a deliver time of 41 minutes, the delivery was prompt and relatively fast. There was no delivery fee. The delivery person was prompt and polite.
Order Minimum — This is very low ($ 10).
Tomato and Mushroom Pizza — The ingredient were very good. The tastes of both the tomatoes and the mushroom stood out. The crust was bready which I like. The crust held up well. The pizza was piping hot. I agree with one of the other reviews that the sauce could use a little more tang or zip to it. I did really enjoy the pizza though.
Prices — At $ 15 for a medium two topping pizza, the prices are very much inline with other similar pizza joints.

Ok. So, the place is a pizza shop, but their pizzas are… mmmkay.
(If you’re reading this Rotana Pizza, you have to do a little something else with the sauce. It lacks… that tomato «tang.»)
Anyway, their sandwiches are great. In fact it was pretty freaking good, and the two guys who runs the place are really nice.
I’ll be honest here and say that based on the pizza, it’s more like a 3.5.
Sandwiches makes it a 4.5, and there is a little somethin’ secret that makes it a 5 for me — but I’ll let y’all find out.
