I live in the Marina and work extensively in Cow Hollow, Russian Hill, Pacific Heights and North Beach. I also have several friends and client in Noe Valley where I did about ¹⁄₃ of my 2009 business. I specialize in internet marketing — that’s where Buyers are so I provide them with world class search and evaluation tools. And Sellers get the best internet marketing in additional to tradtional marketing, of any Realtor in town.

History

Established in 2003.

Obtained my Real Estate license in 2003 and helped my first client buy a Condo in Potrero Hill. Since them I’ve handled tens of millions of dollars of home sales and purchases, with a lot of emphasis in Noe Valley, SOMA/​South Beach, Cow Hollow, Pacific Heights, the Marina, Russian Hill, North Beach, and the Lake District. I’ve grown my business with a partnership with Ciara Piron who added several more neighborhoods including Bernal Heights, the Richmond and Sunset neighborhoods, and more. I was ranked top 3% of all San Francisco Realtors in 2009 production in measurable MLS sales.

I’m a native of New York City’s Upper West Side, so I’m a City boy at heart. What I love about San Francisco is it’s blend of easy access outdoor activities and year round active lifestyle weather, combined with a charming City that provides just enough excitement and energy.

I’m an avid baseball fan and ball player — I play both softball and hardball practically year round. As a new father I’ve kept my time consuming baseball addiction intact at the expense of Sailing, golf, snow boarding, and wakeboarding. But watching my little one grow more than makes up for those, and I still get to do each on occassion.

I got into Real Estate after the dot com collapese where I was involved in sales, marketing and business development. My favorite companies in my prior career were CNET and Ziff Davis — both computer & technology content providers. That background, and my love of Real Estate were a perfect combination to help both Buyers & Sellers of San Francisco Real Estate.
