You do not need to be perfect. You do not need to be alone with your imperfections. Whether you are a stressed out parent trying to «have it all», a couple that wants more than to look happy on Facebook, or an individual struggling with who you are supposed to be in this world, I can help you navigate your life in an empowering way.

Business Owner
Originally from the East Coast, I moved to San Francisco in 2004 to study Expressive Arts Therapy at the California Institute of Integral Studies. I graduated with my Masters in Counseling Psychology in 2008. Since then, I have worked in the non-profit sector, with families, individuals, and couples. In 2014 I became licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in California.
My approach is active. I am really going to get into it with you, rolling up my sleeves to get to the core of the matter, so you are not left there alone. I will offer experientials, usually of a metaphoric or creative nature, to help us learn more about what is happening internally, and bring it out into the external world. I will gently guide you to your own insights, so you can own all the parts of your life equally.
When working with children, teens, or couples, I retain this active stance. I am an artist myself, and will bring this perspective to my work with you, offering arts-based techniques for healing.
