History

Established in 2000.

I started my real estate career in 2000. I joined Prudential California Realty at Union Street (at Fillmore). Because of my passion and high standards, I became top producer soon after. I have sold many properties since, including Single Family Homes, Condominiums, TICs, Lofts, Lots, Multiple Unit Buildings, Commercial. From the very beginning, I was in love with my work. Prudential California Realty became Better Homes and Gardens and they opened a new office on Market Street in the Castro District. I worked out of the Union Street and Market Street offices for several years. I did very well, even when Real Estate value came down in 2007 – 2011. I was able to survive thanks to my past clients who kept referring me to their friends and family. Referral has always been my strong source of business. I have had many repeat business as well, when my clients have to sell or buy again, they know that I will work very hard to help them accomplish their goals and dreams. Today, the market is SOLID!

I am originally from Colombia, South America. I am 55 years old. I came to the United States in 1982 and became an American Citizen a few years later. I lived in New York City, in The Village, for 4 years. In 1986 I moved to Hawaii where I worked as a Real Estate Sales Person for 2 years. Those were the days when Real Estate prices in Hawaii went through the roof, so I manage to do very well there. I moved to San Francisco at the end of 1988. I worked as a bookkeeper, office manager, sales person, art gallery salesperson, for 12 years, until I decided that it was time to go back to my real love, which is Real Estate. The rest is history, I have been doing real estate sales ever since. I enjoy people interaction, the variety of tasks that real estate demands, and of course the wonderful feeling of helping my sellers close a transaction or the exciting feeling of giving my buyers the keys to their new home! I am honest, ethical, personable, kind, very organized, and my focus is my work!
