I had my motorcycle parked here for two months. I inquired about availability in advance, and after I paid for my spot, they tried to put me in a closet with a steep ramp and an immediate tire-​sized ditch. I couldn’t get my bike in or out of there, so I requested to park it elsewhere and was given another spot by the garbage cans.
Fast forward 2 months, I go to take my bike out of the garage, only to find it moved to the original closet and damaged. The bike had been dropped badly: flooded carb, bent shift pedal stuck in gear, and broken turn signals. The bike wouldn’t start.
It turns out that the damage was substantial. I ended up having to have the bike towed. The mechanic informed me that all of the damage had been a result of a drop, and that the garage should pay for it. The bill was over $ 400.
When the garage learned about the extent of the damage, they began to deny that they had moved or touched the bike, despite the fact that several of the employees told me that management had moved the bike.
