There are the same owners and management of Smoke Plus”, and many other businesses. While it’s not the same store, having a bunch of stores by one enterprise kills the concept of all businesses. Having more stores they have the capital to leverage money and offer lower rates in some areas, which kill small business.
These guys don’t have to be nice or ethical, the B. B. Enterprise stores, which are at least 4 in a 1.5 block mile have taken away other small businesses or prevent them from launching. And having control of the market, they don’t have to be nice or ethical (no competition). And from experiences and posts, they are playing their role.

Very friendly owner– a family man. Young male workers are completely rude tho’, as if they’re upset you’ve interrupted their boredom. Young latina is a doll! I only go in under duress– Rossi’s and the Castro Smoke Shop up the street are far less expensive and waaay more friendly.

I only stop in to get Lottery tickets every once in a while. There’s always a strange vibe. It’s an unwelcoming one. If it weren’t for the bus stop in front of the place, I would never go in.

Love this place. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The prices are great and they carry everything you could possibly want. Only found this place a couple of weeks ago. It takes me 30 minutes to get there and it’s well worth it.’

This place has gotten so much better now that they have a new counter person. He is cute and super nice which helps! I don’t know whats different other than it seems cleaner and friendlier than it used to be. A great place for cigs, lotto and crazy novilties you won’t see anywhere else. Keep up the good work cutie!

This place is the worst. I think the guy who either works there or owns the place is a bit psycho. He can barely speak English and it’s his first language. If you ask him for any info regarding his products he looks at you like «wha???» When he mutters any sort of language he is speaking… it’s inaudible.
I don’t think the elevator is stopping at any of the floors.

If I could give negative stars then this place would have a –2.
The owner is one greedy and nasty man. Some of the employees are friendly but really, this place is about on par with a border town trinket shop where they are trying to grab your arm to pull you in to buy chicklettes and women. There are 3 other head shops in this neighborhood and I would certainly expect that anybody who shops at this store will do that no more than twice.
Good luck lasting in this over saturated head shop market Mr Greedy Shop Owner. Your customers (or lack thereof) will make or break your business and I see this piece of crap store with very low quality products as not lasting very long at all!

I have never been treated so horrible in a store in my life. I’m a pretty friendly and patient customer and the guy who worked here was so rude and awful. My friend bought an electric cigarette as a joke, she asked him how it worked and he stood there and said, «I have no idea». You work in a smoke shop!
When we got home it was strawberry flavored. I called and said «Hey, the cigarette you sold us is strawberry! So you know for future customers who might ask». My tone was friendly and kind. I was just trying to be nice but he said, «Well we don’t return anything so what do you want me to do about it?» I responded, «Nothing I just wanted you to know so you can tell your customers» Then he hung up on me.
I’m pretty sure given the location they will be okay for awhile but judging from the horrible reviews, not for long. Either get a new counter guy or call it a day.

Wish I could give it a zero! Customer service was terrible! The guy was such a dick to my friend! Very condesending and rude!

This place will rip you off!!! Be carefull if you go in here. The price say’s one thing and they will change the price without a logical reason when you ask what the change of price is when it say diffrent then what they are charging… be carefull.

I would label Puff N Stuff as an upscale Liquor store smoke shop. I was enticed to this place by the rainbow jewelry I noticed though the window. I didn’t really look too much at the Puff but more at the Stuff.
Cute Rainbow Jewelry and shot glasses, too. There’s a couple places with Castro gear and ended up buying a Castro shirt that I really really liked. Good spot for scratchers… and other stuff.
Cashier also asked me, «Paper or Plastic?» So they are totally green, too.

A pretty standard smoke shop. They get the job done.
