Polaris Pacific

I’ve coordinated with Polaris on a handful of private events over the last year or so. Every few months they host happy hours or grand openings for their network of what I believe are clients/​partners/​colleagues. Each time is always a pleasure, and they always seek the best of the best for their guests. From professionalism to creative involvement, reliability, and the care they put into giving their guests the very best, they’re always on their A-​game and I know they handle real estate with equal tenacity.

This review is for the Colorado Commons project in Monrovia, CA by Polaris Pacific group. We had a great experience working with Jackie and Genevieve from the SoCal. office in purchasing our first home. They are very professional and helpful. They answered all our questions with in minutes via email and in person. They insured our experience of buying a home was a smooth and seamless process. They truly did their very best to make sure all our requests were taken care of in a timely manner. Their patience and customer service went above and beyond! Thanks so much Jackie and Genevieve!!!

The first time I walked into the One Marina sales office, I knew that I was in good hands. Buying a home IS stressful but the team made it stress free and fun (minus all the disclosures I’ve had to sign). Even when I moved in, Jennifer followed up with me to make sure everything was going well. I now consider her a true friend. Next time I’m looking for a home, I will check in with Polaris Pacific first!

New construction presents its own unique set of challenges, and continuous communication and teamwork between the lender and sales agent are key to ensure a smooth transaction and closing for the client. As a lender who has worked with numerous agents on several developments, I can say that Jennifer Numsuwankijkul Smith is the best of the best. She is communicative, responsive, efficient, knowledgeable, and always pleasant to work with — a true godsend to any loan officer.
For each of my clients who purchased at One Marina, she always went above and beyond to accommodate their needs, and to quickly get me the information and documents I requested for the loan transaction. On several occasions, she made herself available after regular business hours. Beyond getting the job done (and done well), she shows a genuine care and respect for her buyers as people.
In short, Jennifer is exactly what’s needed in someone who serves as a liaison between the seller, buyer and lender, and I look forward to working with her again!

My husband and I worked with Henry Lee of Polaris Pacific over a period of 6 months. Henry was our contact and sellers agent for a property that we purchased directly from the builder. Henry is pleasant, informed, and a pleasure to work with. He was upfront about the process and expenses involved, and his input regarding which plan to purchase was helpful and well-​intentioned. We never felt pressured and our emails were replied to in a timely manner. Henry made sure we were always in the know.
The other agents at Polaris, Nancy and Vicky come to mind, were friendly and welcoming, even though we were not directly working with them. It feels good to enter the sales office run by Polaris agents because they make you feel welcome, even after the job is done. It was a pleasure to work with them.

We relocated from the East Coast to the Peninsula. Although we had a buyer’s agent represent us, the sales team at One Marina made all the difference in terms of a smooth & happy transition! Jennifer was a phenomenal asset, going above and beyond, always there to answer any questions we had. She not only helped us, and our agent through the escrow process, but also offered personal invaluable knowledge about the area as she grew up in the Peninsula. She always had a vibrant positive energy and always ensured that our anxiety was laid to rest. Thanks to the Polaris Pacific team for making our experience a great one!

Working in the field of Real Estate my job requires hefty research. Was referred to Polaris Pacific to obtain vital information. I called and spoke to Senka. She was pleasant, informative and competent. She went to great lengths to supply me with all the necessary information I needed regarding a property. Thank you, Senka for being a star player and answering all my questions thoroughly. It’s very much appreciated.

Let’s face it, the thought of buying a home seems terrifying. The thought of buying your first home with no clue on what you are doing seems insane. That was until we met Wendy from Polaris Pacific. It wasn’t just our initial experience with her that made us come back. It was her continued support from both her and Loring to answer our questions, concerns, and just made it not feel like a stressful process. It never once felt like a «sales» process… I know that sounds cliché but could not be more true with our experience.
I can safely say that I don’t know if we would live in such a beautiful place if it wasn’t for the help we received from everyone at Polaris. Months after our purchase, we stopped by another building from Polaris just to say hi to everyone and it was such a great feeling because we really built a friendship. Wendy and Loring were not saleswoman to us, they became friends helping us through a very daunting process and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Bethe Vanier was the selling agent when I bought my condo in Oakland. She was fantastic to work with! She was accessible, knowledgable, helpful, patient, and fun. Go with her — she’s awesome!

Polaris Pacific is amazing! They sold me my first home and from the very beginning they were on top of every detail. They are the epitome of great and modern living and if I were to buy a house again for whatever reason I will definitely check in with these guys.

I purchased my first home through Polaris Pacific. I had a pretty long escrow cause the developer still needed to build my home.
I must have visited the sales office at least 50 times during my escrow & the sales team always welcomed me with kindness!
Jennifer was my main contact, she is incredibly patient, experienced, informative & incredibly hilarious! If I didn’t have her, I would have been a nervous wreck! If she wasn’t at the office, Hugh was up to speed with my needs… That’s definitely team work!
I hope that if I ever buy new construction again that Jennifer and her team will be there!

We bought a condo in Oakland where Henry Lee was representing the seller. Henry was a pleasure to work with. Very responsive, on time for meetings, and always made time in his schedule to accommodate our needs. Calm & fair negotiator. Would definitely recommend and work with again.

I worked with Julia, Wendy and Hugh when buying my first flat in the Linea building. I can’t thank this team enough for their support throughout the whole process. First of all, they are just really nice people who treat customers with great deal of care and respect. Second of all, I got some excellent advice from Julia specifically as I considered my options (floor, finish colors, appliances, upgrades). Only in retrospect did I realize how helpful a perspective of an experienced professional is during this somewhat stressful time.
All in all, great experience. They went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend working with the Polaris Pacific team!

I moved from San Diego to San Francisco and was able to buy a condo and move-​in in about five weeks!!! Julia was always available to answer any questions and showed me the unit numerous times before closing. Shannon was so helpful with upgrades and made sure everything was ready for me to move without delay. The whole team made my buying experience and move super smooth.

Our experience was great from start to end. The day I stepped into One Marina Community (Redwood City, CA) till the point I closed my house, the entire selling team treated me very well. I mainly dealt with Senka Foster, who was always available for all my questions/​inquiries. She was very cooperative and helpful.
Just an advice, we bought this property without a real estate agent. The team was very helpful and explained us the entire contracting process in detail. Never felt the need of a real estate agent during the purchasing process.
Wish many more sales for Polaris and Senka in future.

Wow… I am floored by this companies level of RUDENESS… most unprofessional and child-​like experience I have ever been through. AVOID THESE CLOWNS AT ALL COSTS.

Oh man, you would need a super GOOD luck if a property you want to purchase is listed by this company, especially by someone like P.G. (seems like he moved on to MetLife Home Loans)
This man sucked at negotiating, throws temper, hangs upon you at phone conversations, and told buyers what’s not his job. It was so unpleasant to deal with the man, yet his manager nor his co-​workers at the office didn’t offer any help to us, so that my agent wanted me to find some other property to purchase.
For instance, he hung up on me in the middle of conversation about appliance having scratches. After my first offer was rejected, he didn’t call back to me to let me know when the property had been offered at lowered price. He incorrectly told me which parking spots are taken for what reasons, also incorrectly informed me what and when I can do remodeling with my space.
I did purchased from the guy anyway because of all other factors such as the property itself, and I did learn lies that he told me here and there afterwords through other residents, like some parking spots were already taken when I wanted, etc… The others too have told me what he said to them and what manipulations they found…
Do you consider little lies are okay for property sales agent to tell? Should home buyers decide what kind of lies are acceptable or not?
Anyway, I have realized that first time buying home was such exciting event and that he and this office ruined such moment for me, and I wish to do/​deal with nice agents in the future.
