They sold me two umbrellas before a storm and one fell apart when i barely opened for the first time. Then I called to ask for an exchange and the guy told me that if I didn’t go back now that I couldn’t exchange it and he hung up on me. Then he called me back and told I could take it back the next day acting way nice-even though the receipt said 5 days for exchange. Go to Macy’s etc. pay extra for exchage, warranty and customer service.
