Mr. Godden’s career has focused on real estate throughout the Bay Area and California. With over nine years of experience in commercial, residential, and new construction development Mr. Godden has acquired the skills and knowledge to guide clients through recent market fluctuations.

Early in his career, Peter worked in commercial real estate on potential investment acquisition, development acquisition, retail investments and apartment communities. With an interest in real estate investment, he gained further experience in working with developers to sell new construction communities.
