Daelan, has been performing hair-​do volume magic with my very fine hair for about 3 years. He does amazing color– hi-​lo lites and has cut my hair to fit my style, face shape and my hair looks and feels fuller!!! He is definitely looking out for my best-​look and every time my hair looks fabulous! I have gotten lots of compliments from friends and even friends who happen to be hair dressers.

Daelan is AMAZING!!! He’s been doing my color for years and there is no way I’d go to anybody else ;). I followed him from Pout over to Peter Gaiten salon.

If you want perfect, so natural people can’t even tell you dye your hair, golden highlights, then Dealan is you man. He is the only one that colors my hair and I adore him. You will too. I’ve been his client for over seven years and can always count on him to get me in if its an emergency.

Bottom line. He’s the best stylist I’ve ever had. Listens, takes his time, and you look amazing on your way out.

Gino is the bomb, hands down. my hair is precious to me so after my hair stylist moved I was distraught… but here comes Gino to the rescue. He listens, he’s patient, he takes his time and has an eye for what looks good on someone.
I asked him to dye my dark dark brown hair to get a golden blonde at the tips and he did it and it looks fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with it. Go here, you will look and feel fantastic.

I Love them… after my amazing stylist decided to moved to Miami, it took me 4yrs and soooooo. many painful experiences with different «stylist» in the city to finally find this truly amazing stylist, Gino is the BEST, he has been my stylist and hair colorist for over 2yrs and every time I go there I came out looking and feeling like a new woman… I’m so happy he open his own salon!
He is the best!

I love Gino and Monica! Truly, they are a dynamic duo and I couldn’t be happier that they decided to set out on their own and open Peter Gaiten Salon.
Gino has been my stylist for over 4 years now and I have consistently loved his work. He really takes the time to listen to what I want and considers multiple factors in helping me decide which cut/​look is going to work best for me. He even did my hair (and my seven bridesmaid’s hair) for my wedding. Not only does my hair look great after my cut, but it continues to look great as it grows out. And Gino always offers to do a quick clean-​up/​trim for free, between cuts. I’ve never had to take him up on that, but I love that he makes the offer.
Monica is equally amazing and super talented with color. My color always looks super natural and I get compliments on it all the time. I’m sure I’m not the most exciting client for her because I pretty much always want the same color and highlights, but she always delivers.
Finally, Monica and Gino are two of the sweetest people and I always look forward to chatting with them when I come in. They don’t do the usual catty salon chat that I so despise either, so bonus points for them!

Gino and Monica are amazing! Not only are they both incredibly talented, but they are fun to be around. Monica’s color is so natural that people don’t even believe that my hair is highlighted. Gino’s cuts are not only perfect when you leave the salon, but they grow out perfectly too. I’ve never had to go back to get a fix because it grew out wrong. I can’t imagine ever getting a cut or color from anyone else. These two are the best out there. Hands down.

Gino and Monica rock. No really, they do. I’ve been going to them for years now (DiPietro days) and simply love the work that they do. My color and cut look amazing after they work their magic. Having to make the commute out there from North Sonoma county does suck, but as my mom said about my hair/​commute issue“it’s worth it.” So, if my mom even agrees that these two do a fabulous job who is to argue with that?

I can’t believe I’m not the first one to write this. Shame on me.
I love my designer. Gino is creative, a visionary and unique in his approach to cutting and styling. He’s is the only person with scissors allowed near my hair, ever. I’ll let him cut/​style my hair however he wants.
I have super curly and frizzy hair. Because I’m Middle Eastern, most who have cut and styled, made me look like a) Jasmine from Aladdin, or b) Diana Ross.
Gino makes me look like me.
I’ve been a customer for almost 9 years and even though I live in LA now, I make the trip to see Gino whenever it’s time.

Finding a sylist who you trust can be hard to do! I was referred to GIno about 7 years ago and I hope to never to have to find another one again!
Gino is very thoughtful in his process, not only asking what you want, but then he also suggests what he thinks would look good on you. It is clear that Gino is thought well of in the industry as he has held numerous teaching positions and various salons. He is truly the best stylist I have ever had!
Gino is incredibly personable and I look forward to seeing him every time! I highly recommend Gino!

When I find a good haircutter, I pretty much marry them.
I had a great one for 6 or 7 years & then she moved shop to Marin. For the next 6 years I had one horrific cut after another. I roamed from shop to shop and cutter to cutter, desperate to find a replacement. My collection of hats and scarves grew and grew.
Then 3 years ago, I met Gino and I’ve never looked back.
I can sit in his chair and happily chat and read my magazine without a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach. I never have to check the progress of the work. I never nervously assess the amount of hair on the floor around me. I never bring a scarf for «just in case».
My husband has considered sending him a thank you gift, for keeping me both hip and cute. I can easily walk out of his shop & hit the town & people will always ask who cut my ‘do.
Long story short? I married him, Dear Reader. And I wouldn’t mind if you did too (as long as you don’t make it too difficult to book my next appointment).
