I initially saw Dr. Karsant for a consultation to have a tooth extracted. Both Dr. Karsant and his staff were extremely friendly and professional. Dr. Karsant did a great job of explaining the procedure and proceeded to extracted the tooth quickly and precisely. Subsequently, the extraction healed up quick and cleanly.
I will definitely be using Dr. Karsant as my regular dentist and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent dentist in the SF/​Peninsula Area.

Dr. Karsant is an amazing and thorough dentist. My family has been seeing him for over 17 years. He is wonderful with kids as well as adults. My kids love coming to see him. His office staff and hygienist are equally as wonderful! I highly recommend his office!

I have been going to Dr Karsant for about 20 years, and he did a great job correcting the mistakes of my previous dentist. He is knowledgeable, thorough, professional and gentle. He is honorable and does not try to sell you any additional work that is optional. I trust him completely. His staff is professional, informed and efficient. The office has the latest equipment and there is parking. A first class operation.

It is clear that Dr. Karsant knows what he is doing. He did a very thorough exam and cleaning and has an outstanding bedside manner. The office is clean, well stocked and everyone there is very friendly. I’m glad I found such a good dentist in the area.

Dr Karsant and his staff are wonderful. Everyone is attentive and kind. They are great at following up and cleaning reminders! The office is clean, neat and always stocked with magazines and toys for the kids! We moved to Southern California and travel to SF to see Dr Karsant.

I’ve been searching for a right dentist who cares and educate his/​her patients. Dr. Karsant clean and check your teeth by himself, most dentists have hygienists do this for you. When I first saw him at the office, my gums were in bad shape. He educated me how to brush and floss, now I’ve very healthy gums and teeth. He is very gentle and through with his work. I strongly recommend him.

all was fine until my kid had his wisdom teeth taken out. A few hours after we called the office to ask a question. They answered it and said they’d call us back around 4:00pm to find out if the bleeding got better. At 4:10 we called the office and the answering machine picked up! No one called us back to tell us what to do with the still bleeding wound.
That is not cool!!!

Dr. Karsant has been my doctor for over 5 years. I had many dentists before but will never switch again. His office staff is fun but professional. HIs technique is friendly, informative, professional, precise and caring. This is by far a must see dentist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Karsant since 2003. I had gone to another dentist, who totally screwed up a root canal and I had been in constant pain for a week. Dr. Karsant repaired the damage she had done. I was pain free immediately. Dr Karsant practices the most up to date techniques and treatments. He is on top of the current literature and new and innovative dentistry. I recommend him highly! And the Staff are the best. It is always a comforatble visit!!!

Dr. Peter Karsant was the dentist of my elderly mother and he always did a good job. He would go to her home to clean her teeth. One time she had to have work done in the office and he arranged for her to go at a time when she would not have to wait. After my mother was transferred to a nursing home, he would visit the nursing home to clean her teeth.

all the food im forced to eat just to Unilocal finally caught up with me. one of my lower tooth was hurting, i had a feeling it was a cavity. went in and Dr. Karsant verified it.
Got my pearly whites cleaned and that annoying thing filled so i can go back to eating and Unilocaling! =)
The staff was super friendly and accommodating.
