Philippe D.
Business Owner
Chef and co-proprietor Philippe Delarue was born in Le Mans, France, and began his career as an apprentice in the most celebrated Parisian pâtisserie of its day, Establissement Lenôtre.
After Paris, Philippe took on the role of Pastry Chef at establishments in London, Montréal and the United States.
His creations have graced the plates of intimate European brasseries and massive American gatherings alike.
