I’ve received Pandora bracelet as a gift for my birthday, but I haven’t received any receipt with that.
I’ve been out of the state for a month and I couldn’t exchange the bracelet which was a little bit over size for me.
So I went to Pandora store on Westfield mall and although it’s almost a month and I didn’t have the recipe, Rebecca helped me and exchange the size for me!

Went here on a Sunday during the last day of their free bracelet with $ 100 purchase deal. I didn’t expect it to be as packed as it was. My total wait time was less than 15 minutes. Throughout the wait as I stood at the counter, multiple sales ladies checked with me to ensure that I would be seen. The store manager herself helped me choose charms and try them on. Had an issue with my bracelet being bigger than I wanted, and went right back in to exchange for the smaller one I had tried on. The manager was kind about helping me even if she had to stop what she was doing to make the quick exchange.
As always, I’ve never had problems with any of the Pandora stores.

M wondering if I could give no star to this store. I would buy couple charms during promotion. The sales’ altitude was really bad and even the manager.

This Pandora store is really small, so if you come on a crowded day like Black Friday, expect to be waiting for at least 15 minutes before one of the staff can help you. However, once you are able to be helped, you get personalized individual attention to find the perfect piece that you are looking for. I’ve always been very happy with the service I receive at the store and the girls are incredibly knowledgeable and have great suggestions for charms.
Also, whenever Pandora has deals, they are really awesome! For Black Friday, the deal was if you purchase $ 125 worth of jewelry, then you get a bracelet worth $ 75 for free. To anyone not familiar with Pandora, $ 125 may seem like a lot, but to put things in perspective, the cheapest bracelet without any charms on it is $ 80, and charms can range anywhere from $ 20 to over $ 300. How I took advantage of this deal was to buy myself the base $ 80 bracelet and I bought a two-​part charm, one for my bracelet and one for my best friend’s bracelet, and I received the $ 75 bracelet for free. This bracelet can also have charms put onto it, so I essentially got two charm-​building bracelets for the price of one, and that is a fantastic deal!
This store also carries the collection of latest charms, so I like to come here to check them out rather than ordering them online because you cannot gauge how the charms will look online versus in person.

This might become my go-​to Pandora store, as long as their customer service stays the same. The lady that helped me was named Jennifer, I believe. And I normally NEVER write about a store because I Unilocal for food. But this girl left me with such an amazing customer service experience!
I walked in asking to try on multiple bracelets — meaning we’d have to take all the charms off my current bracelet and putting them on the other bracelet. We’d also have to make it look cute on my wrist and I always thought it would be hella awkward — like how annoying and lazy do you have to be for someone to fix all the charms AND put the bracelet on you??? But it wasn’t awkward at all! In fact, it was like going to the store with one of my friends! She was so sweet and she asked me the story behind some of my charms, which I didn’t mind sharing. And we just ended up talking about the charms and bracelets that we thought were cute as she helped me with those bracelets.
After that, I asked to get my bracelet cleaned. Apparently, you can’t clean leather and you can’t clean some of the charms because of the stones! I was never told that by other stores! They always let me throw whatever charms I wanted into their cleaning machine. She even explained the cleaning process so I understood why some charms couldn’t be cleaned. Then, she had me fill out a cleaning form to make sure I could pick up the charms in 15 minutes. I went downstairs for some macaroons and went back to pick it up in 15 minutes. They SPARKLED!
I was so happy walking out of that store with sparkly charms and a new bracelet!

Really love shopping here to get some ring for my friends. I came at 8:00 p. m and I think they will not enthusiasm. But the lady, she so friendly and pick all the ring size I want and alway made a smile with customer although the closing time is late. Thanks so much for help me choose the ring, I forsure to be back next time.

This was my first time shopping at this Pandora location and I was really surprised by the customer service and the selection that they have here. I have been looking for a particular ring for awhile but I didn’t want to order it online because I wanted to see it in person. I called all the other Pandora locations and even Nordstrom locations to see if they had it and they didn’t. I sort of have up looking for it until I walked in here.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a very nice lady and asked if I needed help finding anything. I told her what I was looking for (and assumed that they didn’t have it) and showed me the catalog and confirmed if that was the ring she was showing me. I told her yes. She went over and grabbed the ring and I tried it on and I fell in love! I was so happy they they had it in stock and in my size! I was meant to be! I was added to their email list for coupons and she gave me tips on how to care for it. I am slowly added to my collection of pandora jewelry and will definitely come back here to purchase my next item.

Summary: Horrendous experience! Not recommended.
On APR 22 @ 7 pm I was ready to buy and I end up cancelled the whole order and go to another store (sunset) and was so much happier. First Sunset store is bigger and more inventories; this one has very limited option. Second the staff here lack knowledge; minimum to no sales experience on their product; finally the manager is totally useless and provide no option or alternative (what kind of manager is that!). Even I told they I will spend couple hundred bucks and she only said sorry and no other options and went back and play with her computer.
So I end up spending over $ 500+ on the sunset store (ran by different franchiser) and much happier. Recommended so you can get the gift you want without the frustration you will face this tiny store with poor service.

I was at the Pandora store in the Westfield Mall in SF earlier today. The sales woman was useless and had an attitude (which she had NO business having – if you get my drift). No ribbon and it appeared to be a real EFFORT for her to find ANYTHING to put the charm in. Just didn’t need the experience first thing this morning. Blah!

I received the best service from Pandora. i was able to not only get a gift for my mother, but get a quality introduction on the complete line of Pandora without getting a sales pitch. This is a great place to come especially for that gift you can keep building on. As for the sales associate that helped me, I don’t recall her name. I do know that if you see bracelets on display that you really like, she more likely than not designed them.

I don’t even like jewelry that much, but my boyfriend’s family absolutely loves this shop, and because they’re from across the pond, they always have us pop in here to bring stuff over for them (because it’s cheaper due to the exchange rate).
There is always some sort of special on here, so don’t buy anything without finding out what the deal is. They usually have some sort of free gift offer ranging from free bracelets, charms or travel jewelry boxes. Ask about an offer before you make a purchase.
We always see the same sales associate here. She is a brunette/​auburn haired lady, and she is very friendly and helpful. She is very patient and will bend over backwards to find out any information for you and for anything you need. She is very knowledgeable about her products.

The staff is hit or miss here. The is one genuinely nice sales associate here, she is tall and Caucasian. If you decide to shop here, wait for her to help you. She is very nice and friendly. Great sales associate.
However, I’ve experienced very poor customer service from one petite Asian sales associate here. She sold me a charm with a big scratch on it once. I went back to exchange it with a different sales associate, no problems.
I go back a few weeks later and unfortunately get stuck with the petite Asian sales associate. I want to buy the purse charm but ask to see the different ones they have on stock (because of the prior incident with a scratched charm but I don’t mention it). I even phrase my request using «sorry but could you please…,» I wasn’t being demanding or mean about it.
The sales associate gave me so much attitude about this simple request. There is another purse charm right there in the tray that she already pulled out, not to mention the other trays in the store. She gave me a rather incredulous look before reaching over to show me the other purse charm, which I rather have than the greasy display model everyone has been touching.
She goes on to say that these charms are made from a mold and are exactly the same, save for the glass ones. Well, I know that is not true since the store/​same sales associate already sold me a charm with a defect/​scratch before. She also seemed annoyed that I wanted a take my charm out of the store in a bag, not on my bracelet. She was very unfriendly and lacking in customer service even as I checked out and bought the charm. I even say thank you when she hands me the bag, she mumbled something.
I went back to return the charm a few minutes later because I was so dissatisfied with the customer service. I will not be going to this Pandora shop anymore because of the poor customer service. I’ve spent $ 600+ in the last few months building my Pandora bracelet. I don’t need to be treated like I’m an awful, trouble-​making customer. She has really soured me on the brand. If I’m going to pay $ 60 for a tiny silver charm, I expect the sales associates to by nice. I didn’t even take up her time with overly long browsing and she gave me attitude.

The staff ignored me here.
I was in a bit of a shopping rush during the holiday season. I walked in and there were three workers just standing around. None of them greeted me, so I walked around and looked for a bit. However, they managed to greet a woman who was carrying shopping bags. She said she was just browsing. They kept trying to talk to her and suggesting things but she just kept saying she was just looking. THREE STAFF MEMBERS WERE TALKING TO ONE PERSON BUT IGNORED ME. I have several charms from the Pandora company as well as bracelets from a former significant other which was later appraised to be around $ 3000. I actually wanted to buy something for my mom, but I was frustrated by waiting 10 mins for one person to acknowledge my existence while I said «excuse me.» By the way, that lady walked out and bought nothing. I walked out and took my money elsewhere
Seriously, it is not good business to only acknowledge people who are carrying shopping bags. I went to Nordstrom and gave them my $ 600 instead.

I am writing to express my sincere disappointment at your return /​exchange policy and as a result of my interaction with this San Francisco store, I can safely say Pandora is not an establishment with whom I would wish to do any future business.
I received a ring as a Christmas gift and it is beautiful but unfortunately too large. This morning I attempted to exchange it for a smaller size at this location
Imagine my dismay when I was advised an exchange would not be possible due to the fact the ring was not originally purchased at that specific location (because all stores are independent franchises) and because I did not have the receipt. I honestly could not believe my ears.
Please let me repeat, this was a gift… a Christmas gift. I do not have a receipt. I was not asking for a refund but an even exchange. The ring is in unworn condition. I acknowledge the ring was not originally purchased at the San Francisco location but do not all Pandora’s carry the same merchandise? (I already know the answer to this question because I saw the very ring I needed to exchange on display at Westfield.)
Have you ever shopped during the holiday season and traveled to provide a gift for someone to find it is the wrong size? But they are not permitted to exchange it because they are not at the original store of purchase? Would this be an experience you would like a friend or family member to go through?
Where is the corporate cooperation? I can appreciate that each store is an independent franchise with independent goals but should there not be a sense of one company? As a customer, I expect to see one company and be provided with a seamless interaction no matter which store I am visiting. Why call yourself Pandora otherwise if each store is not working together?
Should not we customers be able to walk into any Pandora and see the same products, receive the same treatment and look forward to coming back? Do you not wish to provide an outstanding customer experience and entice customers to repeat their business with you? Should not your goals be to have more customers wearing your products and happily advising friends where they can find the same beautiful items?
Please believe not only will I not wear this beautiful ring (as I cannot) but I will be sure to share the details of this unfortunate interaction I experienced and recommend against Pandora wherever I can.

I have been to the store and used the Denmark Beads website. I have had great customer service with both! Thanks for recently making my holiday gift extra special with your prompt response. I will be back to both the website and store in the future.

This is a very well stocked, lovely Pandora store in San Francisco’s Westfield Center. Go up to the second floor and then turn right. The owners have everything that is Pandora! Not just beads, but Pandora Match, all the collections, and gold beads. It’s a place to plan to spend some time.

So glad to have found a Pandora Store in San Francisco. The employees were very nice and helpful. They also have a terrific selection of all Pandora items.

Was in SF w/​some friends who love Pandora when one of my friends mentioned there was a store exclusive to Pandora at the SF Center so we made a *special* trip just to check it out. Sad to say, we walked in and were pretty much ignored for the better part of the time we were in the store. My friend who is really into Pandora and was anticipating dropping a pretty penny on some new charms pretty much walked the entire store before anyone even said hello to her. Now I admit it was Valentine’s weekend but there were exactly two other people in the store aside from us and three salespeople so you do the math.
Ironically enough I wonder if it’s cuz we were kinda dressed down as we’d been running all over town that day, but it just goes to show that salespeople should never judge a book by it’s cover as all three of us make over six figures.
Me thinks we’ll be buying our Pandora elsewhere… which we did.
