I finally found what I have been looking for. This store has some really cool necklaces that make any silver pendant pop and are so comfortable to wear. They are German made and rubber coated with a steel wire inside. Ali, the Manager is just a very customer service driven person and his assistants are equally as nice. Highly, highly recommended!

Teno makes unique jewelry for men and women. I purchased my first item, a Teno stainless steel ring in Greenwich Village, New York 8 years ago. The jewelry is made from stainless steel with gold, ceramic, silver and diamond inlays. Very stylish.
This past Christmas I received a bracelet with some monogrammed inserts. These bracelets are made from a band of rubber with stainless steel clasps. These are machined and made not to break under stress and pulling. Very good quality and not overly expensive.
I recommend this store for a large selection and excellent customer service.

I was given a Steel Blaze watch from Unikum for Christmas about 2 years ago. I thought it was a cool looking watch in a style that I liked but one that I wouldn’t have picked out for myself. It’s not expensive but it’s fun to wear and I’ve actually gotten more compliments on it than some of my much more expensive, luxury watches.
I started wearing it more and more and turned out bending the crown somehow, which severely impacted the watches performance, so I called the head office in Vegas to find out what my options were. As it had been some time, I wasn’t expecting much but was surprised to learn that they have a very flexible customer service policy which allowed me to take it in to the shop for free repairs.
I dropped the watch off with Alan, who I understand to be the manager. Alan was low key and friendly and immediately sent my watch off for repair. It took a few weeks, but it came back and I went to pick it up. It turns out that it came back with the crown still a bit bent and the date wouldn’t adjust, so I let the store keep it to receive a call from Alan to determine next steps. Alan called me and let me know that the date adjustment was actually MY ERROR in setting it (which is embarrassing for the average person, but even more so for someone who collects watches), and the watch worked fine but as the crown was still a bit bent, they would completely replace the watch. To me, this is GREAT service. Alan’s comment to me was «The watch should be perfect» which, as a professional, I can appreciate and identify with. The store has some cool fun accessories for both men and women, and I will be back to check other items out in the future.
