I’ve known Nancy for over 10 years and she’s a keeper. An invaluable resource to me in 1999 when I bought my first San Francisco property, Nancy today is my real estate go-​to person. It was a tough, competitive market then, as it is now, and we had what seemed like an impossible budget. However, Nancy led the way with her knowledge, drive and encouragement until we hit upon the right starter property. It was not without a lengthy closing that tested Nancy’s skills and our patience. The new property had complications with city documentation. Nancy’s follow-​through and dependability made it tolerable.
Never considering to live anywhere else, we now own our dream-​house in SF’s Miraloma Park. Nancy helped us get there. We called upon her to represent us when we sold the starter property and bought our current home. She stood by us on both the purchasing and listing sides of transactions. Today, I still call her whenever I need good sources for home improvement projects. She truly cares about her clients. Nancy’s professionalism, business skills and knowledge of San Francisco real estate make her the agent to call in the city.
