I don’t know the use of this review, as 16 of the other 17 reviews say the same thing, but here’s my only way to vent…
I bought 2 of the Living Social coupons last year, $ 30 for a ride to the airport. I got a ride in January of this year and everything was fine. Unfortunately, since then, I haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone — and their website is no longer in service. Perhaps My SF Limo didn’t run the numbers on the Living Social deal and, after signing the contract with them, quickly figured out that they are losing lots of money from redeeming the deals.
I will be calling Living Social and asking for a refund for my second voucher.

Same problem as other Living Social customers. Couldn’t redeem my voucher no matter how many times I called.
Given the state of
right now («coming soon» page), I would guess the business is dead.

I’m amazed at the reviews because I had a pretty close to perfect service. I too bought the livingsocial deal. For both my pick up and drop off it went without a hitch but for the person before me adding a stop they didn’t mention to the driver. When he was going to be late for me the owner of the company got dressed and sped to my house. I know he sped because I could hear him at 5am coming up the silent street. I made it all on time and when my flight was about one hour early to arrive he knew it and had his driver meet me. All went really well. Sadly I think livingsocial and groupon offers really rake companies over the coal. It seems like a good idea but can overextend business owners.

SKETCHY SKETCHY SKETCHY! I, like several other customers, purchased vouchers with Living Social. After multiple phone calls from myself and my husband I haven’t even received a phone call back. But they somehow magically answered when Living Social called when I was on hold!

The WORST.
If you want unresponsive and unreliable, go with MySFLimo and Leo, the owner. If you manage to get him on the phone to make a reservation, you will not be picked up at the agreed upon time, and he will not answer the phone if you try to call to find out if he’s coming. Yellow Cab is far superior to SFLimo.

I bought a Living Social voucher and have tried to contact SFLimo for 4 days now with no response after leaving voice mails each time. Calls go directly into to voice mail and you get no response. I’m getting a refund!

I bought two vouchers on Living Social. I made four attempts to contact them. I left short messages, long messages — nothing worked. No one ever answered the phone and no one called me back. I called Living Social and they said they had received other complaints and refunded my money right away. Love Living Social customer service, don’t love MySFLimo. Possibly they’re out of business and haven’t yet disconnected their phones.

I have learned that you can never rely on a prebooked SF taxicab to get to the airport. So if you want to get to SFO and don’t have the patience/​discipline/​time to get to SFO via Bart or Super Shuttle (with their pickup 3 days before your departure), you pretty much need to find a good airport limo company.
Like an idiot, I purchased the Living Social deal (2 rides from SF to SFO for $ 60) without checking the Unilocal reviews. Then I tried to book a few days ago and I had the same experience as everyone else — I called on several occasions and nobody ever called back. I use airport limos quite frequently and get a little bit uneasy when I need to leave a voicemail for them requesting airport pickup — but I have never dealt with a service that took longer than a couple of minutes to return a message. With MySFLimo, it’s been about a week now and still no call back.
For all the suckers who, like me, have the Living Social deal, call Living Social and they’ll credit your account.
To everyone: STAY AWAY. Pay the extra money and deal with a reputable company. Although their prices are high, Pleasant Limo is very reliable.

So I got a deal for a $ 30 ride to SFO off Livingsocial and it’s been anything but a deal. I called twice to make the reservation and left 2 msgs with no call back, and one afternoon finally got a hold of the guy, who took down my info and said they’d be there to pick me up.
So exactly at 4pm I go downstairs and around the corner and there is no black town car there. I call the guy and he says, oh you wanted Friday? I wrote down Saturday. Well too bad I have an email in my inbox that says I am confirmed for pickup on Friday at 4pm. First he tried to argue with me about it until I said I had the email– only THEN was he apologetic.
So now I’m stranded at 4pm on a Friday and somehow by the grace of god a taxi was driving by just then and stopped. So the guy tells me next time he will give me 2 rides– one free for the inconvenience. The only to SFO was fine– the guy came on time, was courteous, and the car was nice and clean with bottled water. The pickup from SFO was a nightmare! I was told to call as soon as I landed (which is stupid since you have my flight info!) but I did as I was told. I called the 1800 number THREE times and no one picked up. Finally on my fourth call as I’m walking over to the taxi stand, the guy picks up and tells me my car is 3 minutes away. Ten minutes later, still no pickup. I called the guy, who then calls the driver, and tells me he is 3 minutes away. Long story short (or shorter), I waited 30 minutes outside scanning the license plates of every black town car that went through terminal 3 to see if it was my driver. Ugh sooooo frustrating. I will NEVER ever use them again.
I don’t know how this guy thinks he’s going to be successful by running his business this way, but I would recommend you guys to stay far far away from this business (if you can even call it that!)

They stood me up at the airport. I called 5 times, no answer (and they never called back later). Stranded in the cold on a Friday night.
If I wanted this kind of treatment I’d still dating my ex.

I bought two vouchers through LivingSocial, and have been trying for over three weeks to contact them to book my trips. So far, after five voicemails, several emails, and attempts to book under the online reservation system, I still haven’t heard anything. I understand if the company is overwhelmed by the LivingSocial deal, but at least they could respond to my repeated inquiries. I’m contacting LivingSocial about getting a refund.

Worst feeling ever — getting stood up at the airport after a 5 hour flight. I booked a pick-​up withMYSFLimo, and they sent me an email confirmation 3 days prior confirming my pickup date and time, telling me they’d have a car there. I was supposed to call as soon as I landed to confirm the pick-​up location and get the last 3 digits of the license plate per their instructions. I called as soon as we landed, no answer. I called when I got off the plane, no answer, I called when I got to the arrivals area, no answer. I called while I waited outside, no answer. After leaving 5 messages w/​my phone number repeatedly with no response, I gave up on them and ended up waiting in line for a cab. So frustrating, if you’re not going to pick me up, why bother confirming? I bought my voucher on Living Social and will be calling them tomorrow for a refund. If you actually want to get home from the airport in a timely fashion, don’t call this company…

first mistake — purchased vouchers from livingsocial
second mistake — car is not at the airport at the time indicated to pick up my wife
third mistake — they clearly didnt check the flight status (which I provided on their website) to see that it was delayed by 15 minutes
fourth mistake — they never called her to find out where she was, or if they did, didn’t bother leaving a message
fifth mistake — finally after calling them, they said a car would be waiting for her at the curb in 8 – 10 min… so late, essentially.
sixth mistake — never received direction on where to meet the car, though that’s completely irrelevant given the fact that they weren’t even around!
seventh mistake — sent feedback via their online form over a week ago and never received a response.
so mysflimo — if you read this, which i’m sure you don’t because you don’t give a rats a$$ about customer service, look through your emails to find something from David C. if you manage to find it, which i highly doubt because you’re unprofessional and disorganized, then email back exactly how you plan to compensate me.
my only regret is that i now have another voucher with this sorry excuse of a company. it might actually save me time and money to let it expire. or, maybe i can sell it to someone for 50% off and let them take the gamble. who knows, YMMV

If I could give zero I would. Here is the email I just sent to this horrible business, and the Living Social people I made the tragic mistake of getting this from.
So, I finally took the dive, and bought the MySFlimo Living Social Deal for $ 30. I had a trip to Vegas coming up, to see my boyfriend who loves 6K miles away, and thought, I will make this trip special from start to finish. Well, it was that, and in the WORST way. I booked my limo, and even called Monday the 24^th to confirm. You had the wrong pick up date, so I corrected you, and was so glad I called. That is, until I stood at my curb, at 11:00 am waiting and waiting for my nonexistent limo to show. When I called the brain trust that is your completely incapable business, you actually had the balls to said, you had it for the next day. I was livid, and the man who spoke to me knew me from when I had to correct him Monday and actually said, opps, they had a new system, and he was sorry. So, in the craziness of a Friday, with only one flight available to see my boyfriend, i ran down the streets of San Francisco with two huge suitcases trying to get a cab. In a sweaty, angry mess, I got one, spent 48.00 to get to the airport (a service I had LONG AGO paid you). But, it took me so long, I had to take a later flight and missed the lunch I Was flying there for, and pay 150.00 to change my ticket. I would have called a cab, on time, had I known your business was totally incapable of arriving when it was booked. Friday is the WORST time to hail a cab, and I NEVER would have left my trip to that luck — but you made that happen.

I’ve been trying to reach MySFLimo for 3 days now to use a LivingSocial Voucher. I’ve left a voicemail, and sent emails. While they responded to my initial request on the website, I can’t get a hold of anyone (phone or email) that can confirm that the reservation has actually been made.

When the guy who owned Cisco Limos moved away, he gave me a referral. Then that guy closed up shop and referred me to MYSFLimo. It’s technically owned by a guy named Marco, but his cousin (if memory serves) is running it at the moment (his name is Leo). They’re really great. Super nice, very punctual. I’ve honestly never had a problem. The rates are fantastic and so worth it. Most limo companies charge way too much and let’s face it, cabs are fine for inter city transport but if you could pay about the same amount for a limo to and from the airport, of course you’d take the limo over a cab. Plus if the driver is super nice, the cars are always clean, they’ll pick you up at any ungodly hour, very flexible and not at all punitive (I’ve had some bad travel days). Just fabulous! The best kept secret in SF transport!
